Used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover for Sale nearNewark, NJ

How much does the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover cost?

Prices have softened 16.43% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,084 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover a good car?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover earns an expert rating of 7.67/10.

The model scores 10/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

It pairs regal luxury with genuine go-anywhere capability, and it remains distinctive because it blends refinement, style, and standard all-wheel drive into one package. For you, that means it makes the most sense if you want a luxury SUV that feels special rather than merely practical. The trade-offs are an unintuitive user interface and poor value for money. Even so, the market still shows 34.8% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover reliable?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover is presented as a highly refined luxury SUV with broad powertrain choice and standard all-wheel drive, but it also carries the usual complexity that comes with a high-end, feature-rich vehicle. Its performance setup includes an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, and the available plug-in hybrid adds a useful electric-driving option.

The cost-effectiveness notes also point to a four-year/50,000-mile limited warranty and four-year/50,000-mile roadside assistance coverage. That helps with early ownership, but the model’s complexity means long-term ownership risk remains something you should weigh carefully as a used buyer.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a vehicle this expensive and technologically dense. Focus on how the cabin electronics, driver aids, and powertrain behave in real-world use, and pay close attention to signs of wear on higher-spec examples with larger wheels or more equipment.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: SE models come with 21-inch wheels, while Autobiography and SV models get 22-inch wheels. The long-wheelbase three-row model is only available as an SE or Autobiography, while the two-row long-wheelbase Range Rover is only available in Autobiography or SV spec.
• Powertrain: You can choose a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six with mild hybrid assistance, a plug-in hybrid version of that engine, or a BMW-sourced twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8. The V8 brings stronger output, while the plug-in hybrid adds electric range.
• Safety package: Standard driver-assistance features include automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, a driver attention monitor, adaptive cruise control with steering assist, front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera system. Nothing more sophisticated is offered, so there are no higher-level hands-free systems to look for.
• Infotainment: Every model gets a 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 13.1-inch touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and the system supports natural-language voice recognition. OTA capability is not stated.
• Fuel efficiency: The base turbo-six is rated at up to 21 mpg combined, while V8 models are rated at 19 mpg combined in standard tune and 18 mpg combined in SV spec. The plug-in hybrid offers 53 miles of electric range.

Which 2025 Land Rover Range Rover trim should I buy?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover is offered in 3 trim levels: SE, Autobiography, and SV.

Here's the short version:

• SE: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core Range Rover experience, including standard all-wheel drive, the 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster, the 13.1-inch touchscreen, and the full driver-assistance suite. It’s the trim to consider if you want the most accessible way into the lineup.
• Autobiography: This is the best-value choice if you want a richer luxury experience without jumping all the way to the top. It adds the upscale positioning of the mid-tier model and unlocks more of the Range Rover’s premium feel, including the available 35-speaker Meridian audio system.
• SV: This is the most powerful and most exclusive version, with the 606-hp V8 tune and the highest-end positioning in the lineup. It makes sense if you want maximum performance and are willing to pay for it.

Safety-package note: the standard driver-assistance features are already included across the lineup, and Land Rover does not offer a more advanced hands-free system.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you know what you want.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,084 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.43% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $113,585, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover's resale value?

The current average of $113,585 sits slightly below last year's $135,910.

That decline suggests the market has moved in your favor if you’re buying now, but it also means a future seller may face softer pricing than owners saw a year ago. If you plan to resell later, the Range Rover’s desirability should help support demand, but its high starting price and expensive-option structure can make depreciation more noticeable. For you, the key takeaway is that buying at the right price matters more than usual.

Is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover safe?

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance features include automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, a driver attention monitor, adaptive cruise control with steering assist, front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera system. That gives you a strong baseline of standard safety tech, and the surround-view camera is especially useful in a vehicle this large.

The main caveat is that crash-test ratings from IIHS and NHTSA were not available at the time of publication. Land Rover also doesn’t offer anything more sophisticated than the standard suite, so you won’t find a hands-free highway driving system here.

Should I buy a 2025 Land Rover Range Rover or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.43% compared with last year.
• Changes for 2025 are limited to some reshuffling of options, so you’re mainly shopping the same core strengths with current-market pricing.

The bottom line: If you want the latest version of this luxury SUV and you value its blend of refinement, capability, and presence, the 2025 is the straightforward choice. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may deliver a similar experience for less, especially if you can find the right equipment and condition.
