Used 2024 Cadillac CT5 for Sale nearNew Haven, CT

How much does the 2024 Cadillac CT5 cost?

Prices have softened 12.82% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,069 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2024 Cadillac CT5 a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Cadillac CT5 earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 9/10.

The CT5 is a midsize luxury sedan that blends style, driving enjoyment, and multiple powertrain choices. It also carries over unchanged for 2024, so you’re looking at a familiar formula rather than a major redesign.

The trade-offs are clear: cargo space is limited, advanced safety features are not standard, and the interior design is only mediocre. Even so, it remains a strong fit if you want a distinctive luxury sedan with a more engaging character than many rivals.

34.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Cadillac CT5 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The CT5 is described as a decent value, and Cadillac backs it with a four-year, 50,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty plus a six-year, 70,000-mile powertrain warranty. Its powertrains are presented as a range of mainstream and performance-oriented choices, and the car’s overall character is built around everyday usability as much as driving enjoyment.

The available information also points to a well-rounded ownership experience, with strong comfort and usability features alongside the brand’s hands-free Super Cruise system on select trims. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a well-equipped CT5 can be optioned heavily, so condition and maintenance history matter a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Cadillac CT5?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any CT5 you’re considering, even if the listing looks clean. Prioritize a close inspection of the interior, since the cabin is a known weak point, and pay attention to how the car was optioned because some desirable features are not standard. If you want advanced driver assistance, make sure the specific car actually has it.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base CT5 Luxury is the entry point, while Premium Luxury and Sport sit above it; the Sport adds styling touches like a rear spoiler and alloy pedals, and the cabin quality is a weak point even with available upgrades.
• Powertrain: You can choose from a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6, and higher-performance CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing variants; the CT5 is tuned for a balance of comfort and sportiness.
• Safety package: Standard driver-assist features include forward-collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, rear park assist, lane-keep assist, lane-departure warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, a rear-seat reminder, buckle-to-drive, and a vibrating Safety Alert Seat; Super Cruise is available on Premium Luxury and Sport models.
• Infotainment: The standard setup uses a 10-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus wireless phone charging and three USB ports; the Technology Package adds a 12-inch digital instrument cluster and a head-up display.
• Fuel efficiency: Turbo-four models are rated at 27 mpg combined, with 23 mpg city and 33 mpg highway for RWD, while the twin-turbo V6 is rated at 22 mpg combined, with 19 mpg city and 27 mpg highway for RWD.

Which 2024 Cadillac CT5 trim should I buy?

Should I buy a 2024 Cadillac CT5 or consider a different year?

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.82% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over unchanged and remains a decent value with strong driving enjoyment.

Consider the 2023 if:

• It emphasizes sharp handling and distinctive styling.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $43,621, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $38,052 average.
• It adds a larger display and more tech-focused updates.
