It now comes standard with parking sensors, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and a heated steering wheel. ## Design The A5 Sportback features a menacing grille, flanked by angular LED headlights. The Sportback comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels and is available with 19-inch alloy wheels. ## Powertrain The base engine in the A5 Sportback is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. This is found in the TFSI 40, and it makes 201 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque. The upgraded TFSI 45 also features a 2.0-liter turbo-four, but this one is tuned out to 261 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. Power is routed through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission to Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD). The TFSI 45 can get from zero to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds. EPA fuel economy estimates for the 2024 Audi A5 Sportback are 26 mpg city, 35 highway, and 30 combined. The S Line trim returns fuel economy of 24 mpg city, 32 highway, and 27 combined.
