I flew in to purchase the Escalade but unfortunately I would have had to wait two weeks for delivery due to title and registration issuance because the vehicle would have had a lien holder placed in the title. Igor and Martha of Audi of Natick delivered exceptional service throughout my entire car buying experience. I basically purchased this 2015 Audi S4 sight unseen from 200 miles away putting an extraordinary amount of trust into the team at Audi Natick to deliver, and they did. Since I’m from NY and had to register the car there, Igor went as far as following me 2.5 hrs to Hudson NY so I could legally register the vehicle before handing me the keys. He had to drive nearly 5 hrs through the snow to help me get my dream car. I’m tremendously grateful for Igor’s willingness to help and Martha’s guidance in selecting add on packages to my purchase. I added a 5 years maintenance and 5 year service warranty to this purchase and I’m happy to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing if ANYTHING goes wrong with my car, I’m covered. This dealership will not haggle nor make the vehicle safe for the road. Car needed four tires due to dry rotted/ separation. No haggle, no repair as is we're is. Keep that in mind. Peter our Salesperson was nice and respectful. He laid out that the repairs would not be preformed nor would they move in price. Nothing hidden by him. That the only reason they got as high was two stars.

I never got past the email contact point with Audi Natick, but that's no fault of theirs. I reached out about an A4 I was interested in and what I was willing to pay. Steve and I exchanged a few emails but we were just too far apart. The only thing I will say is I think the old "the price is the price" position isn't helping them. They made no effort to come back with a counter offer. If they had, who knows maybe we could have had a deal. Then, less than two weeks later, CarGurus emailed me that the price of the car dropped $500.00. So that clearly means (and I already knew and mentioned this in my email to them) that "the price" really isn't "the price." I realize the dealer is in business to make money, and that they tend to hold more firm on newer inventory, but this was a 2012. There should have been plenty of wiggle room. It is still for sale as a 'fair deal,' $109 below market on CG. I am now driving my new car that was listed as a 'great deal,' at almost $2,000.00 below market, and the dealer was still willing to negotiate and gave me an additional $300 off so we could get a deal. So great communication and follow up from this dealer, which I appreciated, and I would be willing to try them again the next time I am car shopping. But to get 5 stars and sell cars, you have to be willing to negotiate. The price is NEVER "the price" for this shopper.

Spoke on the phone with the sales manager. Asked specifically if there was any repaint on the vehicle and was told only to rear bumper for cosmetic reasons. Manager aware I would be traveling 2.5hours with my 6 week old infant to look at car in person. Manager either was unaware or mislead me (suspicion is I was mislead and either way the manager should know) and allowed me to make this trip to see a car with clear repaint to the bumper and right quarter panel. Obviously an unreported accident and I’m guessing it happened in their possession, they knew about it, repaired it in their shop, and did not report to car fax. This is a certified pre-owned Audi. Will never do business with this dealership.

Communication was very lacking on multiple occasions. Days would go by without a response. l Never received a phone call after providing my number per their request via email & the car ended up being sold days later. I was ready to make the 17 hour one-way drive for the vehicle but it never materialized. Pretty disappointing.

They weren't very organized. The sales person was great and helpful. However, managers were not too professional. No negotiation on pre-own cars; and if you cancel the contract, they will show their bad attitudes, seems like pushing you out of their place. Make sure you gonna pay as the price listed and do not ask too much, they don't like negotiation and questions!

I found a car I wanted to buy. Set up an appointment to see. Requested if they sell it to let me know and I would not make the trip to the dealership. They sold the car the day before. I made the trip there.

I never write reviews and felt I should for Auidi Natick. They are a top notch dealership with honest and friendly staff and sales people. I was very happy to work with them when I bought a GMC truck (out of all vehicles!) from them. I highly recommend buying any vehicle they decide to sell on there lot.

I made an appointment to see a Q5 at 2 P.M. 29 minutes before my arrival I was called and told it was just sold. I was furious. I understand they can’t hold up a sale but not calling before a deal was made to let me know there was other interest was unethical and unacceptably rude.

The dealership was very responsive. They called immediately to make an appointment. When they realized the car I was interested in had been sold they called and emailed to ensure I didn't waste a trip. They found another similar car for me to look at. When we arrived Gigi was amazing to work with. Their trade in values were very fair. We will go back in the future and will recommend to friends.

I drove over 100 miles one way to purchase a vehicle, had an appointment. When I arrived someone was already looking at the car, which is how dealerships work. But they allowed me to sit for 30 minutes waiting for the other people to return from a test drive. No one offered to show me anything else. Then someone came over and said "it's sold" you can't take it for a test drive but you can look at it. I knew that was the car I wanted I didn't need to look at it. Very disappointing

A little frustrating. Used car I was looking at clearly overpriced compared to comparable cars at other Audi dealerships. They would not budge. I get an email 6 hours after I leave saying the price dropped $1000?!? I'm not in to the game playing; wastes time.

We are sure to notify clients immediately when a price is changed so they immediately can move on a vehicle if interested. I arrived to find the dealer could not give me the interest rate discussed on the phone. I was pressured into buying a warranty I didn't want to get a better rate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone. I also discovered my car is missing the Jack and handbook. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Not impressed. Tried to low ball me on the trade and when I called them on it they said oh sorry we made a mistake. Not the mention the car had a broken front fascia which they didn't advertise.

Read poor reviews about these guys. Spoke to them about a truck they were selling, offered to put a deposit on it sight unseen. The salesman told me "No worries, we'll hold it for you." I was going to see the truck 7 days after thse emails were sent. 2 days before I'm ready to go see it the dealer calls to see if I'm still interested. I said of course, I can't wait. He says "Oh that's too bad. He had just found out the truck was being sent to auction and was no longer for sale" I was so upset at them. I'll never attempt to deal w/ them again. Very unprofessional.

I showed my interest in a Honda CR-V car and next day I got e-mail from Audi Natick telling the car is available and I can test drive that day. However, within an hour a representative from Audi Natick called me and asked about my interest in the same car and at the end of the call he told the car is no longer available and it is already sold. The dealer also asked me about my interests in other models and told will send me the list of available cars by e-mail on same day. But I did not received any e- mail from them. I doubt the availability they show here are just for getting our contact information and the cars may not be actually available with them. I have also read similar reviews about this dealer.

Car shopping can be an exhausting and stressful experience, but that was totally eliminated by my purchasing my new Audi A5 from Audi Natick. My salesperson, Mike Pappano, was so nice, very helpful, respectful, but totally new his business. He made my process very easy and quick. The showroom and autos on display were so beautiful, that it was enjoyable to just sit and look at those gleaming new cars. Mike also introduced me to other managers and the immaculate service area. I am so happy with my new Audi and am hooked on these cars.. Audi Natick was a very positive experience and I recommend it highly.

Made an appt to look at an x3. When we arrived the car hadn't been pulled out nor had hardly any in it. The salesman wasn't as knowledgeable about the vehicle as we were. The car was nice. They low balled me on my trade by thousands of dollars. Not willing to negotiate. Did not buy the car.

If there was no stars I would give that. They worked with me for 3 days on a q7 and the day we got close to the deal I get an email saying "sorry, that car was never for sale". Completely unprofessional and typical of car dealers. I would tell everyone to stay away from this company.

I was very satisfied....went up to look at a certified pre-owned A6 that was priced well; test drove 2 of CPO's and ended up buying a new A6 for a price I was not able to obtain at other dealerships, without a lot of hassle.

Decent place. Their finance manager Marfa got me a good bank for the loan at a reasonable APR. The trade in supervisors underestimated my car's trade in value so it's best to check your cars value online first and among other dealers. I would ask for Junior or Igor as the sales men to chat with regarding a test drive and for repairs, go to the service advisor named Parker. All three men and the one women involved in my purchase all helped me secure what was in my best interest. Make sure you take your car back for its first routine check up after your first 14 days of routine driving. I had to fix a loose shock bump stopper since I drive in the streets of Boston. The roads along Bernadis dealership are all too smooth when you compare it to Boston roads. One thing my sales person forgot to get me was the vehicle car Fax. But all in all, the dealership is in a class of its own. Did I mention Starbucks and an excellent customer waiting area? It even features a small cubicle like lap top work station for those who can't spare a minute from their desk job or business. Free WiFi is a given.

I did not buy from Audi Natick. I test drove a couple of cars but I think the one of the cars I test drove was already sold. The second car was sold the the day before I was to come in for a second drive. Audi was very helpful during my car search. We communicated via email which I prefer. They followed up but were not pushy. I wished they had informed me as soon as the car I was looking was sold. I would consider visiting them again for a future car purchase.

Terrible. I would never recommend business to them. I thought it was just a bad experience for me, but came to realize they're just bad business. They selectively show respect to potential clients. Unfortunately, they can't distinguish a serious buyer. So I went to another dealership the next day and purchased the car of my interest there instead.

Went to see a used Audi A7. Sales rep couldn't find the car on the lot and then walked around holding key in air trying to set off alarm. No luck. Sales manager said car was upstairs, went upstairs, same drill. FINALLY someone said it was at the body shop. All in all, more like buying aused Fiat in Naples than a $60k Audi.
