Used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS for Sale nearColorado Springs, CO

How much does the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS cost?

Prices have softened 8.52% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,277 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS a good car?

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS is built around space, comfort, and utility, with three rows of seating for six or seven people and up to 94 cubic feet of cargo space. It is positioned as a family-focused luxury hauler rather than a traditional large SUV, and it adds a wide-screened, tech-forward cabin, standard dual 12.3-inch displays with MBUX, navigation, a Burmester surround sound stereo, wireless charging, and three years of Mercedes Me Connect services.

That mix makes it appealing if you want a roomy luxury SUV with a broad feature set and a strong emphasis on everyday usability. The tradeoffs are that third-row access is a con, touch-sensing controls can be annoying, and packaging is not as generous as the size suggests.

36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS reliable?

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS is presented as a well-equipped luxury SUV with standard safety and convenience features that support confident daily use. Its appeal comes from the combination of comfort, space, and a strong equipment list rather than from any standout mechanical simplicity.

For used buyers, long-term ownership risk is best managed by focusing on maintenance history and overall condition, since a luxury SUV with this much equipment can become costly if deferred care has piled up.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the vehicle’s service records are complete. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the third row, touch controls, and all major comfort and convenience systems, since those are the kinds of features that can be expensive or frustrating if they are not working properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,277 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.52% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $64,849, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS's resale value?

The current average of $64,849 sits slightly below last year's $70,892.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. If you keep the SUV clean, documented, and well-optioned, you should be in a better position when it is time to sell.

Should I buy a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.52% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $46,500, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $64,849 average.
• It is a simpler, flagship-style three-row SUV with a roomy cabin.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $71,077, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $64,849 average.
• It adds refreshed styling and updated tech for a more current feel.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the best primary path if you want a strong mix of space, features, and softened pricing. If your priority is saving money, the 2022 is the better secondary path; if you want the newest updates and can stretch your budget, the 2024 is the more premium choice.
