Used 2023 Lincoln Navigator for Sale nearMinneapolis, MN

How much does the 2023 Lincoln Navigator cost?

Prices have softened 15.04% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,256 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Lincoln Navigator a good car?

Yes — your 5/5 user rating and the expert score of 7.7/10 both point to a strong overall impression. The standout strength is Technology at 9/10.

The 2023 Navigator is Lincoln’s flagship full-size luxury SUV, and it leans on a traditional truck-style platform that supports serious towing and hauling capability. It also brings a spacious third row and a clear emphasis on utility, so it fits you best if you want family-friendly room without giving up upscale features.

The trade-offs are real: poor fuel economy and poor ride quality in Normal mode are the biggest knocks. The hands-free driving tech is also described as basic, so if you want the most polished driver-assist experience, you may want to compare carefully.

With 35.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2023 Navigator is built around a robust full-size SUV formula, and the expert review emphasizes its strong capability, roomy cabin, and substantial towing capacity. It also uses a twin-turbo V6 with a 10-speed automatic and 4WD, which supports the kind of performance you expect from a large luxury SUV.

The expert review also notes that the Navigator is expensive to buy, fuel, maintain, and repair, so long-term ownership costs can be a meaningful consideration. For used buyers, that means the biggest risk is not basic durability alone, but whether the vehicle has been maintained well enough to offset its high running costs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a large luxury SUV with complex technology and available driver-assistance systems. Focus on overall condition, signs of heavy use, and whether the cabin electronics and convenience features work as intended.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The test vehicle was a Reserve model, one step up from Standard and one step down from Black Label. It adds upscale cabin touches, but the base version can leave you wanting more if you expect a fully dressed luxury feel.
• Powertrain: The Navigator uses a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic and 4WD. It delivers strong performance, but fuel economy is poor.
• Safety package: Standard Lincoln Co-Pilot360 2.0 and available Lincoln Co-Pilot360 2.0 Drive bundle the driver-assistance features. The available package adds Evasive Steering Assist, Intersection Assist, and BlueCruise, but the hands-free system lacks lane-change assist.
• Infotainment: You get a 13.2-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Alexa Built-in, and Lincoln Connect services. The system is easy to use, and the available digital and rear-seat screens add more tech appeal.
• Fuel efficiency: The test vehicle returned 18 mpg in combined driving on the EPA rating and 15.6 mpg on the testing loop.

Which 2023 Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2023 Lincoln Navigator is offered in 3 trim levels: Standard, Reserve, Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Standard: This is the entry point, but you should expect a more basic luxury experience than the higher trims deliver. It makes sense if you want the Navigator’s core size, power, and capability without stretching for extras.
• Reserve: This is the best-value trim because it adds a more upscale cabin presentation and the kind of equipment that makes the Navigator feel properly premium. It’s the trim that best balances luxury and price.
• Black Label: This is the most indulgent choice if you want the richest materials and the most exclusive feel. Buy it if you care most about top-tier presentation and are willing to pay for it.

The standard Lincoln Co-Pilot360 2.0 and available Co-Pilot360 2.0 Drive packages are the key safety-package notes to keep in mind as you compare trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 35.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,256 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.04% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 84.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $54,412, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The current average of $54,412 sits slightly below last year's $64,042.

That drop suggests the Navigator has already moved through a meaningful chunk of its early depreciation. If you buy now, you may be entering at a more favorable point than a previous owner did, which can help soften the resale hit later.

For a future seller, the key question is whether the vehicle stays desirable enough to hold demand in the used market. The combination of strong capability, luxury positioning, and broad appeal should help, but high ownership costs and fuel use can still weigh on resale momentum.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Lincoln Navigator safe?

The 2023 Navigator earns a five-star side-impact protection rating and a four-star rollover resistance rating from NHTSA.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard Lincoln Co-Pilot360 2.0 and available Co-Pilot360 2.0 Drive packages bring a long list of advanced driver-assistance systems. The available package adds Evasive Steering Assist, Intersection Assist, and BlueCruise, Lincoln’s hands-free driving assist system.

BlueCruise works on designated Hands-Free Blue Zones, but it struggles with curves, mixed pavement, and construction zones, and it lacks lane-change assist. That means you still need to stay engaged and take over when conditions get complicated.

Should I buy a 2023 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 35.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.04% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 stands out for its strong utility, spacious third row, and impressive technology.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $46,544, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $54,412 average.
• It offers a refreshed, comfort-focused take on the Navigator with updated styling and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market value story and the latest version of this generation, the 2023 is the better default choice. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2022 is the smarter price-sensitive path.
