Is the 2023 Audi Q7 reliable?

The overview also points to a few ownership tradeoffs you should keep in mind: the base engine can feel underpowered, the Q7 requires premium fuel, and repair costs can be high. You should still run a history report on any listing you’re serious about, especially if the price looks unusually strong. Focus on overall condition and how well the cabin, electronics, and drivetrain have been maintained.
