Used 2023 Audi A5 for Sale near Ohio

How much does the 2023 Audi A5 cost?

Prices have softened 7.46% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 167 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2023 Audi A5 a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2023 Audi A5, and it lines up with the model’s appeal as a stylish luxury car that blends sleek design with everyday usability. The A5’s second-generation lineup broadened into a more practical shape while keeping the premium feel and sporty character that define the nameplate. For 2023, you also get a turbocharged four-cylinder with a mild hybrid system, standard all-wheel drive, and a well-equipped cabin with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a panoramic sunroof.

At the same time, the A5 is described as more polished than performance-focused, and coupe models have a cramped back seat. Even so, it makes sense if you want a premium, good-looking car with useful technology and a balance of style and practicality that’s uncommon in this segment. 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Audi A5 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2023 Audi A5 also benefits from a strong safety record, including a Top Safety Pick award from the IIHS and a five-out-of-five-star rating from the NHTSA for the second-generation model. Its standard all-wheel-drive setup and rear-biased quattro system add to the sense of confidence you get from the car’s overall design. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the car has been maintained properly, since premium features and drivetrain complexity can make neglected examples more expensive to live with.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Audi A5?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because even a strong accident-free share does not guarantee the specific car you’re considering has a clean past. Put inspection priority on the condition of the cabin, electronics, and all-wheel-drive system, since those are the kinds of areas where a premium used car can show wear. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records so you can separate the best-kept examples from the rest.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Audi A5?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 167 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.46% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 83.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $35,534, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Audi A5's resale value?

The current average of $36,086 sits slightly below last year's $38,996.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more carefully now but may also mean future resale gains are limited if depreciation continues at a similar pace. For a future seller, the key advantage is that the A5 still has broad appeal as a stylish luxury car with useful technology and a premium cabin. Cars that stay desirable with shoppers tend to hold attention better when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Audi A5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.46% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 Audi A5 is the right pick if you want the model’s polished design, premium cabin, and balanced everyday usability, especially while prices have eased and inventory is still available. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than chasing a specific year badge.
