Should I buy a 2022 Volvo S60 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 32.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.64% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 is a strong choice if you want the updated powertrain lineup and a well-equipped luxury sedan with a comfortable, safety-focused personality. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby year may give you a lower entry point, but the 2022 remains the better pick when you want a balanced mix of value, features, and market availability.
