Used 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class for Sale near Georgia

How much does the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class cost?

Prices have softened 10.56% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,979 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class a good car?

Yes — it earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class moves the nameplate upmarket with S-Class-inspired design, a premium-feeling cabin, and a strong technology presentation. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Technology.

The trade-offs are worth weighing: the transmission can be irritating, and performance is described as sluggish, so it is better suited to you if comfort, style, and a polished interior matter more than quick responses. If you want a luxury sedan that feels more upscale than its entry-level roots suggest, this year’s C-Class fits that brief well.

37.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The 2022 C-Class is positioned as a refined luxury sedan with a mild-hybrid powertrain, and its expert evaluation points to a well-rounded package rather than a bare-bones entry model. The powertrain is described as capable, and the ride quality is tuned for comfort, which supports the kind of day-to-day dependability many used buyers want.

Mercedes also includes a four-year, 50,000-mile basic warranty and a four-year, 50,000-mile powertrain warranty, which helps reduce early ownership risk. If you are shopping used, the main long-term concern is less about outright durability and more about making sure the car has been maintained properly and that any complex tech or driver-assistance features work as intended.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because even a strong accident-free share does not guarantee the specific car you are considering has a clean past. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on the transmission behavior, electronics, and any signs of uneven wear or deferred maintenance. Pay close attention to how the cabin features and driver-assistance systems operate, since this model leans heavily on technology.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: LED headlights and taillights are standard on all trim levels, but the available Digital Light system adds curve-following headlights and warning projections. The cabin also starts with MBTex synthetic leather, while Nappa leather is available on higher trim levels.
• Powertrain: The C300 uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic and a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. Mercedes also says the electric motor can contribute up to 20 hp and 148 lb-ft in short bursts.
• Safety package: Standard safety features include automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring with safe exit assist, a driver-attention monitor, Pre-Safe, and Pre-Safe Sound. Optional features include lane-keep assist, evasive steering assist, a 360-degree camera system, dashcam, park assist, and two levels of Distronic adaptive cruise control.
• Infotainment: Even the base model gets a 12.3-inch instrument cluster and 11.9-inch touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and the system uses MBUX with the Zero Layer interface.
• Fuel efficiency: EPA ratings are 29 mpg combined, 25 mpg city, and 35 mpg highway with rear-wheel drive, or 27 mpg combined, 27 mpg city, and 33 mpg highway with all-wheel drive.

Which 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class trim should I buy?

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Exclusive, Pinnacle.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the entry point, but it still gives you a strong standard equipment list, including the 11.9-inch touchscreen, 18-inch wheels, a sunroof, ambient lighting, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is the best-value choice if you want the core C-Class experience without paying for extras you may not need.
• Exclusive: This trim adds more equipment than the base model and sits in the middle of the lineup, making it a sensible step up if you want a richer feature set without going all the way to the top. It is the trim to consider if you want a balanced mix of comfort and value.
• Pinnacle: The top trim adds a head-up display and augmented-reality navigation system, making it the best fit if you want the most advanced tech presentation in the lineup. Choose this one if you want the most upscale and feature-rich version.

Standard safety equipment includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring with safe exit assist, a driver-attention monitor, Pre-Safe, and Pre-Safe Sound.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 37.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,979 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.56% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 83.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $29,950, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class's resale value?

The current average of $29,950 sits slightly below last year's $33,485.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, the softer current pricing means resale upside may depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples with desirable features should still attract attention, but you should expect buyers to be selective.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class safe?

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class does not have crash-test ratings cited here, so the safety picture rests on its equipment and expert evaluation. It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features include automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring with safe exit assist, a driver-attention monitor, Pre-Safe, and Pre-Safe Sound. Optional features include lane-keep assist, evasive steering assist, a 360-degree camera system, dashcam, park assist, and two levels of Distronic adaptive cruise control. The basic version includes a stop-and-go function that can resume after stopping for up to three seconds, while Active Distance Assist Distronic extends that to 30 seconds.

Should I buy a 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 37.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.56% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The redesigned 2022 model moves the C-Class upmarket with S-Class-inspired styling, strong technology, and a more premium-feeling cabin.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the right pick if you want the redesigned C-Class experience and value upscale styling, tech, and comfort. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare it with nearby years to see whether a less expensive alternative gives you enough of the same luxury feel for less money.
