## Why it stands out
The 2022 Lincoln Nautilus stands out with its blend of luxury and value, characterized by an attractive design and a well-appointed interior that caters to comfort and technological sophistication. While it shares its platform and powertrains with the Ford Edge, the Nautilus makes significant improvements with its upscale Lincoln branding, particularly in the Black Label trim which boasts plush interior options. However, the base engine may leave some drivers wanting more power, as feedback indicates it can feel underwhelming compared to the previous models. The thoughtful inclusion of a 12.3-inch digital gauge display and a 13.2-inch touchscreen running the latest Sync 4 software makes this model appealing for tech-savvy consumers. Despite its cramped back seat and potential woozy ride in Comfort mode, the Nautilus provides luxurious touches and a strong set of safety features, making it an attractive choice for buyers in the luxury SUV market.

4.7 Overall rating
(6 reviews)Great features and good value. I think it’s along the same lines as the Cadillac XT5.
Love this car. Stylish and great value with all of the amenities it has.
Amazing drive, Noiseless comfort, great technology and value for money
Love the car just unable to find one within my budget in the area. Its a classy car with a smooth ride quiet cabin. The 4 cylinder turbo engine is quick for a smaller engine.
I was looking for a luxury ride as good as my 2016 Hyundai Equus Signature but the Nautilus Black Label is not quite as good. Im 6 2 and was looking for a very comfortable ride but the Nautilus is a bit too bouncy for me, even in Comfort mode. I am trying to get used to an SUV as opposed to a sedan but this is going to take time to adjust. The V6 engine in the Nautilus is also an adjustment that is hard to get used to as I go from 427HP to 330HP and not really getting much of an MPG bump. The 6 tends to sound like a 4 banger as you accelerate but quiets down at highway speeds. The front seats are not as adjustable as my Equus was (no lower seat tilt). The Black label came with 21 wheels and transfers road noise to the cabin more than the Equus 19 wheels. I also had to add after market plush carpets since the standard carpets were very thin and the rubber foot and cargo mats were just plain cheap looking. If Im going to haul wet dogs around, Ill put the mats in but I dont own a dog as of now. Also, the accelerator is not well placed and the spring resistance makes it too easy to have jerky starts. The brake peddle is too small and oddly placed directly in front of the area you could stretch your feet out. I realize Im comparing apples and oranges (SUV and sedan rides) but I was hoping for more and may have let the new car fever get to me in buying the Nautilus. On the bright side, the sound system is better and the technology is better in the Nautilus but since it is 7 years newer, that is expected. The stop/start feature is vastly better than a Land Rover SUV Ive driven however, if you dont want that feature, you have to turn it off every time you start the car. Since the stop/start feature really is very smooth, Im not going to fret over the inability to turn it off even though it seems like an oversight by Lincoln. The price is too high but all car manufacturers are running up prices these days while their supply chains are slow. Lets hope they come back to earth when supply chains straighten out. When shopping, I compared the Nautilus with a Genesis GV-80 (no rear legroom), Lexus SUV (terrible grill and over priced), Land Rover (misguided tech) and Cadillac SUV (unreliable and over priced). The small luxury SUV segment could sure use a better standard bearer to elevate offerings.
