Used 2021 Hyundai Tucson for Sale in Oklahoma City, OK

This dealership contacted me immediately about the vehicle I was interested in, but it sold before I could get to OKC to view it or test drive it.

Good response and follow up.

We decided on purchasing another vehicle after we arrived. Our agent was very polite and knowledgeable on all the vehicles he presented to us. We wouldn't hesitate dealing here again if we were looking at a vehicle in their inventory.

Was lied to about the vehicles availability. Contacted the dealership about the vehicles and double checked that it was in fact still available before I drove to the lot. Come to find out the vehicle had sold a couple of days before. They are trying to get customers to their lot and nothing more.

They lady i spoke to was very nice but typical dealer. Not willing to waive the infamous doc fee. I ended up buying somewhere else.

The temp was moving to hot and the ac quit blowing cold, asked if these could be checked it since I was told a full inspection was done and told no. So I went elsewhere. The salesman was very nice tho.

informed me the car I was looking at was gone already but gave me a list of vehicles with similar options. other then that idk much about this dealer.

The dealer contacted me right away. As I changed my mind about the vehicle and asked them to quit communicating with me, they respect the request and quit right away.

Response time was very fast, but it felt very much like bait and switch as I was told the CarGurus pricing was for a lease and only to Oklahoma residents. The actual price I was offered was approximately $6,000 higher. That immediately ended my interest in pursuing this option further.

Automax Hyundai of Norman Oklahoma is a company I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Started making a deal online then via text. After coming to a trade agreement and final price on a vehicle the price magically started to change. Clint was uninterested in helping us after Kayla made the start of the deal great. Jerry was very short changed, the price numerous times without explanation and then when asked for an explanation he stated “keep your trade, buy mine”. Horrible customer service.

Responded back via email but stated the deal was for Oklahoma residents and price for for leasing only. I read several reviews from others getting told different things on these “good prices” so i replied back saying how this was indeed a click bait deal and I never heard back.

I'm not too impressed. Sales person disappeared on me. GM covered for him with what I believe were some mis-truths. I sorta felt like I was in the way. I have had superior communication with other dealers, one of whom I will buy from. Too bad, their vehicle was my top pick at one point. With a little professionalism, they would have had my money.

Friendly call. Answered all questions. Did not visit dealership and bought elsewhere, but would have been comfortable if they had the vehicle I was looking for.

The prices that are posted on this site from this dealer are according to the person I talked to at the dealership "about $7,000 to $8,000 less than the actual price of the vehicle." They are totally bogus. It was a deal that seemed too good to be true and was.

Advertised price was not offered. Claimed it was for instate lease deals only and wanted to sell the car for 10k over advertised price. Was not listed that way on Cargurus.

Even though we couldn’t make a deal on this car, they helped me make a deal on a newer car and the dealer was very helpful and explained everything so I could understand the terms of agreement. The only downside was the weather and the fact we were there for about three hours but otherwise very good place 10/10 would recommend

Inquired on a car and got a quick response. The car was not available but Jody sent me several options and followed up for me to visit. Unfortunately none of the cars worked and I live in the Dallas area and did not want to drive to Norman unless I wanted to test drive a car that I was interested in. Good experience and quick interaction.

Was not happy at all, it took them a long time reply to me and the after that it would be days before they would get back to me. Also the price they show on the internet is not the actual deal price! In the fine print it shows that the price is after all the incentives if you qualify for them!! I feel like that is very misleading, I will not shop there or any other Automax if they are the same company.

Car dealers never change. Same old salesmen. Don't know the inventory or the merchandise. Can't answer questions about used cars that are outside of their wheelhouse. Don't know how to negotiate. Will it ever change? The gentleman was nice, but that's the only positive.
