The car has a big dent on right side and dealer refused to fix or adjust price of vehicle. Also, there is only one key to car which was bandaged with duck tape; not appealing or professional.

They emailed me back instantly, helped with setting up an appt with ease. We drove from Lodi in the evening with our 3 yr old and and was happy when we left. They were already waiting for us outside to greet us. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The car was exactly like they described, very considerate overall. They included our daughter from the moment we stepped in especially when she was getting antsy. Definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future.

I saw the car in person when it arrived but it had not been inspected so it wasnt ready. I was told by the dealer ship that I would be alerted the moment car was reconditioned and available. Sales person kept in touch every other day with the status and even told that it was put in wholesale mode so I get first priority. All that talk and eventually the car was sold and I was not informed, kept me waiting for over a week. I wouldn't really trust these folks.

What an awesome experience. Erik was very helpful, polite and personable. I got to test drive the vehicle, was approved quickly and was out before I knew it. All the staff was very friendly. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve had yet. Huge thanks to the folks at this dealership!

I contacted dealership regarding a car and asked some additional information and was ready to buy. I was not contacted back. I called the salesperson once and the call was not answered. Next day I called again and the car was sold. Will not recommend this dealership

The car was not ready was not even on the lot. We went to a smog shop to pick it up. The car was not yet detailed, in fact it was rather nasty. I understand they just got the car today’s prior. However the salesman was to contact me later in the week after it was detailed. This did not happen.

Called and made an effort to see the car the same day. They called back 15 minutes later saying someone came in from the day before so they may buy it. The car is still listed and they won't return my inquiry to see if it's available. They probably only want cash offers right now because of the pandemic. Shameful. I had a huge down payment ready, too.

Spoke with the dealer and je seemed to want tot work with me and took some info down and said he's going to work on a deal and get back to me. A week later and nothing heard back from the dealer. I figure if I havent heard anything by now it's just not meant to be. I have no issues with the dealership, they listened and understood my situation and I believe they tried to work on something but probably couldn't make it happen. I'll try again wheny situation improves to give me a better chance.
