Used 2021 Ford Bronco Sport for Sale near Georgia

How much does the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport cost?

Prices have softened 10.89% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,296 listings available, which gives you a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport a good car?

Generally — the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport earns a 4.1/5 user rating and a 7.3/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, and Cost effectiveness.

Owners commonly praise its style, good fuel economy, and off-road capabilities, and the overview also points to a lively, capable, and attractive personality. The main trade-offs are the cheap-feeling interior materials and the small back seat, with the Auto-Stop feature also drawing complaints.

That mix makes it a strong fit if you want a compact two-row crossover that feels more adventurous than average while still working as an everyday driver. The market also shows 32.2% good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport reliable?

Owners rate it 4.1/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner summary points to a vehicle that many drivers find dependable enough to recommend for adventurous use, with good fuel economy and off-road capability helping reinforce confidence over time. The expert drive notes also describe it as a capable companion with good manners on pavement, which supports the idea that it can handle daily use without feeling fragile.

Ford also builds in a broad standard safety suite and available driver-assist tech, which can help reduce ownership stress if you choose the right trim. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright durability and more about finding one that hasn’t been worn hard or neglected.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Ford Bronco Sport?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a vehicle history report on any listing you’re considering, because accident-free status is only one part of the picture. Prioritize a close inspection of the cabin, since owner feedback repeatedly calls out interior quality concerns and a small back seat. It also makes sense to check that the vehicle’s features and trim-specific equipment match the listing, especially on higher-spec examples.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Base model starts with 17-inch Sparkle Silver wheels and cloth seats, while higher trims add more upscale wheel designs and interior upgrades such as leather-trimmed, heated sport-contour bucket seats and, on the First Edition, Navy Pier Leather power front seats.
• Powertrain: The 1.5-liter EcoBoost turbocharged three-cylinder makes 181 horsepower and 190 pound-feet of torque in Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks trims, while the 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder makes 245 hp and 275 lb-ft in Badlands and First Edition models.
• Safety package: Ford Co-Pilot360 is standard on every trim and includes pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, forward collision warning and dynamic brake support, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, auto high-beam headlamps, and a reversing camera. Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is available on all trims except Base, and road-sign recognition is not available on Big Bend.
• Infotainment: The 8-inch infotainment touchscreen runs SYNC 3 and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Ford+Alexa and SiriusXM are available, FordConnect with 4G LTE WiFi hotspot is standard, and the available 360-degree camera with split view and washer adds useful trail visibility.
• Fuel efficiency: The owner summary highlights good fuel economy, and the expert review notes that the 1.5-liter engine can sound a little strained and thrashy when pressed hard.

Which 2021 Ford Bronco Sport trim should I buy?

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is offered in 5 trim levels: Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, and First Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Base: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Bronco Sport look, standard Ford Co-Pilot360 safety tech, and the core 8-inch SYNC 3 infotainment setup. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and can live without the extra convenience features found higher up.
• Big Bend: This trim adds a step up in everyday usability and is a sensible value choice if you want more equipment without jumping too far in price. It also keeps the standard 1.5-liter powertrain and the same core safety suite.
• Outer Banks: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience, including heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel equipment and the 6.5-inch digital instrument panel. It also unlocks more available tech and upscale touches while staying with the 1.5-liter engine.
• Badlands: Choose this if you want the stronger 2.0-liter engine, the advanced 4x4 system with a twin-clutch rear-drive unit, all-terrain tires, seven G.O.A.T. modes, Trail Control, and metal bash plates. It’s the more capable choice for buyers who care most about off-road hardware.
• First Edition: This is the most fully equipped version, bundling the 2.0-liter setup with nearly everything Ford offers for the model year. It suits you if you want the most complete Bronco Sport package and don’t mind paying for it.

Ford Co-Pilot360 is standard on every trim, while Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is available on all trims except Base.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Ford Bronco Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,296 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.89% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 82.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,826, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport's resale value?

The current average of $19,826 sits slightly below last year's $22,250.

That softer pricing suggests the model has already moved through a meaningful part of its depreciation curve, which can help future resale if you buy at the right number. If you pay close to the current average or below it, you may have a better chance of limiting your loss when it’s time to sell.

The Bronco Sport’s broad appeal also matters: buyers tend to respond well to its style, handling, and adventurous personality. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.1/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport safe?

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Ford Co-Pilot360 is standard on every trim and includes pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, forward collision warning and dynamic brake support, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, auto high-beam headlamps, and a reversing camera. Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is available on all trims except Base, and it adds adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane centering, evasive steering assist, a voice-activated touchscreen navigation system with pinch-to-zoom capability, SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link, and road-sign recognition, though road-sign recognition is not available on Big Bend.

The safety writeup also notes that neither IIHS nor NHTSA crash-worthiness ratings had been revealed at the time of review. That means you should lean more heavily on the standard safety equipment and the trim you choose when evaluating protection features.

Should I buy a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.89% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.1/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• The 2021 model stands out for its lively, capable, and attractive personality, plus strong handling and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the Bronco Sport’s distinctive style and adventurous character at a softer used price, the 2021 model is a strong place to start. If you’re especially price-sensitive, keep shopping the market for the best-condition example rather than stretching for a higher trim.
