I would give 0 stars for such a horrible experience. We had a 10am appointment and when we arrived we were told there was a family there to buy the car. Without even seeing the inside they wanted us to sign the contract to secure the sale. We asked to first test drive it and after a 10 min test drive we were told the car was sold. If you want to want to feel rushed and pressured, not to mention having to fight with other customers to complete the deal faster then this place is for you.

I wasn't ready to buy however I asked a simple question which is what is the out the door price. They never answered my question but said I needed to come in. The website has a big discussion so I wanted to know how much it would be if in total so I can see if I could make it fit into my budget. The question was never answered.

Overall the vehicle was in good shape, just needed new tires. The dealership staff acted like they barely wanted to help, and were rude and would barely let you finish what you were saying. I could go on, but I think that the low ratings on multiple websites speak for themselves.

Dealer did respond to my initial request from the website. In there response when I told them I would see about coming in over the weekend their response was there is a lot of activity on this truck and it won’t last long. They made me feel like I had to rush up there right away to close the deal. Never got any response to my concerns about my credit or trade
