Used 2020 Toyota Sequoia for Sale nearCincinnati, OH

How much does the 2020 Toyota Sequoia cost?

Prices have softened 4.03% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 233 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2020 Toyota Sequoia a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Toyota Sequoia earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which supports its appeal as a full-size, body-on-frame SUV with truck-based durability and family-hauling practicality. The overview points to three rows of seating for up to eight passengers, strong towing ability, and a layout that suits buyers who want traditional SUV hardware over crossover-style packaging. It also highlights Toyota Safety Sense, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, which help round out the ownership experience. 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Toyota Sequoia reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview emphasizes durability, robust construction, and a proven, truck-based platform shared with the Tundra. That combination points to a vehicle built for hard use and long ownership, especially if you value mechanical toughness and straightforward family utility. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about complexity and more about whether the vehicle has been maintained well enough to preserve that durability.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Toyota Sequoia?

At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on every candidate and prioritize any signs of prior collision repair, frame damage, or inconsistent service records. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, underbody wear, and evidence of hard use, since this is a truck-based SUV that may have seen towing or off-road duty. Pay close attention to overall condition and maintenance quality, because those factors matter more than mileage alone on a vehicle like this.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Toyota Sequoia?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 233 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.03% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 64.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $42,733, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Toyota Sequoia's resale value?

The current average of $42,899 sits slightly below last year's $44,700.

That softer pricing suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point if you plan to keep the SUV for several years. For a future seller, the current trend means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history rather than broad market appreciation. A well-kept example should still benefit from steady demand among shoppers who want a rugged, three-row SUV with proven capability.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Toyota Sequoia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $47,232, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $42,899 average.
• It adds a more modern-feeling tech and safety package while keeping the same roomy, truck-like character.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2020 is the stronger starting point because it combines a lower average price with solid satisfaction and meaningful inventory. If you can stretch your budget and want the newer-year alternative, the 2021 is the better secondary path for buyers who prioritize updated feel over price.
