The SR trim rounds things out with LED low-beam headlights, LED headlight accents, fog lights, black heated outside mirrors with turn signals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a leather shift knob, special SR seat fabric, and a rear roof spoiler. You can then add the SR Premium Package, bundling Bose Audio, an amplifier, eight speakers, leatherette upholstery, heated front seats, and an alarm. For 2020, Nissan makes its Safety Shield 360 technology standard equipment for the Kicks. That gets you a reversing camera, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear automatic braking, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic high-beams. Additionally, SV and SR trims come with a rear-door alert. The Kicks was awarded a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) in 2019.
