We bought a car from them, a different 2013, this one was gone. Adam was good to deal with, car looked nice upon pickup and was pretty informative.

Dealer stated car had been sold. Believe this was not true, and it is based on the expected reaction to my specified condition, no extra added dealer fees would be acceptable.

Terrible,never going back ! Bait and switch, never went over the paperwork with me. I wound up paying about $10,000 more in the end and now I’m stuck with $300 a month payments. They took my Drivers License and License plat in a back office and basically held them hostage! These people are truly crooks ! Don’t even consider buying a car from them !

It was terrible, l would not recommend your company to anyone l know,,the car price originally was 21 thousand dollars, after Terry added everything up the price jump up to 25 thousand dollars, l was so mad that l got up and walk out,,don't go there are you will be screw,,,,

Beware, prices advertised are artificially low. Not only do they add a standard processing fee (profit), but also a reconditioning fee, MD inspection fee, and the MD inspection fee charges that are required to pass the car. Typically $1250. So basically add at least $1700 to the price BEFORE you add taxes and tags. I was very disappointed with this bait and switch.

told them I was interested and they were going to get the shipping cost so I could finalize the price so I could arrange the payment to them to get this shipped to me talk to them once or twice more about the shipping said they were still waiting for a quote from shipper then could not get them to answer phone calls next thing get email from cargurus saying car was sold so dealer sucks no customer support at all would not recommend Planet auto to anyone

Listed price is fair but don't expect to pay that. When trying to make a deal they tacked on numerous ridiculous fees 3,100 (installed packages " car is stock" and battery and tire fee to name a few) when i tired to talk to them about the accessive fees and make deal they quit Communicating with me. Both sales person and manager. Dont waste your time!

Overall good experience Xavier was very helpful but after 30 minutes of the 3 employees trying to mount my plate to the car I started getting very frustrated. I now have to buy a new license plate holder

Responsive but very high std agent fees. It is said to be company policy causing the seemingly well priced vehicles to be std pricing at best. If you are out of state wanting to schedule a date to view the vehicle, again I was told company policy is first come first serve. If you are local there should be no issues but if not the lack of willingness to accommodate on a viewing of a vehicle would make them a no go.

Scammers! Listed at $8995.00 when I viewed it. Called them and luckily asked about their fees.. $695.00 Documentation - $995.00 Dealer - & $1,900.00 Destination Fee. $3500.00 in fees is 40% of the asking price - or - $2000.00 over book value. Now it’s listed at $10,995.00... these are terrible people - See their 1 Star google reviews.. same thing I have stated here..

Yes the lady I had talked to was from the same town I live after a brief chat we had ! All the details were not quite clear on the truck as they were detailing it and she went out of her way to get those details for me and called me back . Unfortunately it was not a crewcab 4 door and did not have 4 wheel drive . Very ready to assist she was .

Quick response to my inquiry. The car I test drove was a cute car, but the cost was too high for the damage I saw. Customer service was ok but not great. The salesperson definitely had patience when I checked out 3 cars but smoked in front of my husband who has asthma. What you see is what you get kind of place.

I drove almost 3 hours one way after being told this car was in good shape and had no issues. Upon arrival the vehicle was much worse cosmetically than the pictures showed. There were pieces of trim missing on the inside and damage that was not in the photos online. After test driving the vehicle it had a shake to it and transmission problems. The dealer then tried to sell me other vehicles on his lot. Horrible experience.
