Put an inquiry on this vehicle on cargurus and right after I got a call from fredy kia from a salesperson to give me information. They gave the me availability of the vehicle the car history and the different ways of financing! When I went in I was helped by Mr.Andrew and he was such a great help! He showed me this vehicle and also showed me the different options I had. For my first time buying a car they made it very easy and smooth! I was able to drive off with a Kia Forte!

Went down to the dealership and worked with Andrew, he was very helpful! I was finally able to get the car I always wanted. They have excellent costumer service they honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely will go back in the future to purchase another vehicle.

Called about this car. They said it was there. Drove from Louisiana for this car. He said it was no longer there but the one they had was a higher price. I’m looking at this car same miles etc. was very disappointed

Great experience at the store. Great salesperson. They didn't have the car shown on Car Gurus that has been on there for over 3 months but they did find me a better one. Same color and a little more money but still a good price.

Sold me a truck with Services lights on never drove off the lot and 13 days later still no truck they dont still being worked on it and knowone know when it will be read they. They had a another truck that fix my need for 3000 more but would compensate me for any of my wasted time on a truck they sold me that should have been for sale in the first place thanks carmax

Best car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. It was fast, in and out in about an hour give or take. It was straightforward, no run arounds. Financing was easy and price was the best on the market.

You expect better from Avis. I will never rent from them. There was a problem today with picking up the vehicle the finance would release the vehicle even though the check was sitting in his mail box from the bank. Transport was there and now have to reschedule another week. Finance choked like a inexperienced quarter back. Never an apology or offer to help with the delivery.

I was given the wrong address By a salesman so needless to say I drove around for 30 minutes looking for the location. When I finally located the right address the car I was interested in was not on the lot and was told that particular car was at “the Shop” and had no idea when it’d be back on the lot. Honestly it was a waste of my time.

It was a good experience. Avis was cordial and courteous during the vehicle presentation. No high pressure sales pitch and the vehicle a good deal.

Very friendly, the prices are fair the only problem is they offer you a lot less on your trade in than a regular dealership so the saving is not there. :-(

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY HERE! This dealership had their Internet Sales Consultant, Christian Spiers, lie to me over the phone. This was multiple times over a couple of days about the availability and price of variety of Ford SUVs on their lot. Cancelled the appointment because I want an HONEST dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that wants to take advantage of you then this is the one. AVOID Christian Spiers is the best advice I can give.

Kept in close contact regarding vehicle and was patient regarding me having to wait for insurance claim to settle.

Very little and average communication. Mostly just form emails. And when I agreed to receive text messages, I received none. Had to follow up and then they had no idea which vehicle I was interested in.

I would give 0 stats if possible. I drove 1.5 hours to look at 2 vehicles. I emailed them ahead of time and asked them to be sanitized by the time we arrived. They did not respond and when we arrived they did not have either vehicle. The 3rd option we were going to look at was being registered off site and could not give a time frame for when it would be available. We left very disappointed! They wasted our time and money.

Rosco was pleasant to work with. When you call this location be prepared for an answering service that says this voice mail is full. Vehicle could have been cleaner on the interior. No full tank of gas.

Dealership was very crowded and difficult to maneuver around, but Christian (internet sales) was very helpful and didn’t pressure us when we came out to test drive. We didn’t purchase here, but they have some good deals worth checking out, just be warned you’ll have a hard time parking.

Awesome place and really good people! Mr Brook is awesome along with GM. Purchased the Kia with no problem at all and for a great price! Would definitely recommend to people I know.
