Quick response even after hours. Went in to test drive and left with a new car (not the one I viewed but the one just for me). Definitely recommend!

Very very bad customer experience . Doesn’t give second key; charged me for reconditioning for outside damage, to do deep cleaning service. But they didn’t do anything. The price was 10903 but they charged me 11610 on purchase agreement contacted several times to the dealership but they didn’t take an effort to solve my problems

It was the worst display of customer service I've ever experienced! I informed them from the start I would be hard to finance but the first day I was hopeful because tthey were on me fast but then,.. once they realized how hard they quit me i assume. It is now officially day 11 and no email, call or car. If you don't have perfect credit don't shop at Sam Pack Ford

They got right back to me and answered all my questions and we where able to put a deal together to buy the card, very satisfied with how I was treated. During all this they where having very cold weather and ICE and I couldn't tell on my end that they where actually closed during this I would of never known until they told me. Top Notch service!!

The worst, it started off good, over the next couple of days they started not to reply. I asked the same question 3 times never got a response to the question once.

The car appeared as blue in your Cargurus ad. When I contacted the dealer, I was told it was gray. I saw blue and the description read blue, and the dealer is way to far away for me to go and check out the color. They do have a branch near me, so I emailed them and inquired if they could bring car to the office near me, but I never heard from them.

Excellent comunication, but a few margin of price negotation. I didn't buy the truck.

Fantastic experience!! Drove all the way from Oklahoma to purchase at Texas Brand Auto. Great deal, Ken was very honest about the vehicle. Exactly as described, no surprises when we arrived. Ken worked hard to make sure everything was ready, we were back on the road to Oklahoma within the hour. Can't recommend them enough.

After exchanging emails, I contacted Avis directly. Within 2 days of ad the price went up. I questioned manager James Proctor & he immediately got very rude. He stated he didn't care if car sold or not & explained about price increase & that he had no interest in doing anything to help. Told me car was a headache & he was just going to send back. Overall really poor , unprofessional service

I came to this dealership ready to test drive a particular vehicle. It took someone 20mins to acknowledge me. It took another 30mins for them to get the keys. An additional 20mins for them to put air in the tires. After test driving I went to my credit union for an approval just to come back to the dealership for them to say they don't take outside financing. I was very upset that no one informed me of this. Not to mention the person I set my appointment with wasn't even at work that day

Great experience walked in test drive the car loved it! Negotiations went up and down but overall we agreed to a great deal, a win a win as a custodian would definitely recommend and work with them again!

I didn’t find this place convenient to test drive or deal with. I called ahead as my time is limited and they were not prepared and wasted a good chunk of my time asking questions I already provided info on. Also the sales guy did not listen or get a feel for my needs, just kept talking about a car that wasn’t a good fit for me. Definitely a place you will have to spend hours at to get a deal done

GM unprofessional lies to and change number in a computer to collect more money from me. I was retired owner of multiple dealerships and never see when car became $54.000 to $58.000 in a split a minute. I offer fares deals but...... when I see this nonsense dissuading a disapire.

This dealer added options on the purchase price of the car and when I asked them to remove it, they removed it off the discounted price of the car they were advertising. Not a good practice in my opinion and not very honest.

Lied about the vehicle being there until they found I wasn’t going to make an appointment to come see it then stated it wasn’t there.
