They confirmed the vehicle was there, I drove 50 miles to get there and see it, only to find out it was sold at auction the day before. Other than that, super friendly staff. I expect this was a one off

I requested more info and photos about this car. However, they only contacted me several days later to let me know it was sold.

I just made an inquiry about a car they had listed on the web. I was treated like all dealerships treat people that want to make a deal over the internet. It's like they don't know there is a pandemic going on! They insisted I come in for a test drive. I told them I didn't want to come to the dealership until it was time to sign papers and take delivery of the car I would buy. I felt ignored and unimportant.

They tried hard to get me to come over and see the car , had a great price on it , but I bought a cheaper model , venue at another store.

I was just making an inquiry from this dealership. I was treated the same as all dealerships treat people asking questions by email. I felt I was not a real priority to them. They are insistent that you come into the dealership. With covid, I only want to come to the dealership once, in order to close the deal and take delivery of the car I purchased.

People are personable and professional, great selection of cars with very good pricing, but are not allowed to sell you a car unless you will come into the locate the car you want to purchase. You can not buy online and have shipped to your home. 1 star only because they would not do what was needed to provide what the customer needed to purchase.

The online price is fake dealerships don’t do social distance.. don’t go here in case you want 4-6k in add ons

The dealer add ons to the quoted price were almost $4,000. Ridiculous.

Add $4000 to the price of any of the cars listed here. They add on multiple packages that you are not allowed to refuse, along with several random fees, which when asked what the fees are for they are unable to explain. Was hoping the other reviews were exaggerated or simply incorrect, but clearly they were not. They missed out on a cash offer simply for refusing to remove the added “packages”.

The car appeared as blue in your Cargurus ad. When I contacted the dealer, I was told it was gray. I saw blue and the description read blue, and the dealer is way to far away for me to go and check out the color. They do have a branch near me, so I emailed them and inquired if they could bring car to the office near me, but I never heard from them.

Excellent comunication, but a few margin of price negotation. I didn't buy the truck.

Fantastic experience!! Drove all the way from Oklahoma to purchase at Texas Brand Auto. Great deal, Ken was very honest about the vehicle. Exactly as described, no surprises when we arrived. Ken worked hard to make sure everything was ready, we were back on the road to Oklahoma within the hour. Can't recommend them enough.

We ended up buying this vehicle. The dealership was extremely pleasant to work with. We DID NOT spend the entire day there! 1) short discussion 2) test drive 3) purchase. There was no hidden crap or high pressure additions. Really, quite a pleasant experience!!

It was the worst display of customer service I've ever experienced! I informed them from the start I would be hard to finance but the first day I was hopeful because tthey were on me fast but then,.. once they realized how hard they quit me i assume. It is now officially day 11 and no email, call or car. If you don't have perfect credit don't shop at Sam Pack Ford
