Used 2020 Audi Q8 for Sale nearAurora, CO

How much does the 2020 Audi Q8 cost?

Prices have softened 12.83% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 634 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Audi Q8 a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Audi Q8 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.2/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Performance, Technology, and Safety.

It is positioned as a performance-focused crossover that aims to work both on the street and on the track, and it also offers plenty of cargo space and impressive technology. The trade-offs are that its performance is described as fairly pedestrian and its ergonomic design is poor, so it may not feel as polished in daily use as its styling suggests.

The Q8’s 33.8% good and great deal share suggests there are still worthwhile listings to find if you shop carefully.

Is the 2020 Audi Q8 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Q8 is described as a luxury SUV with strong everyday usefulness, and its standard all-wheel drive and smooth transmission support that impression. Its powertrain is presented as sufficient and its technology suite is broad, which helps it feel well-rounded for long-term ownership.

Audi also covers it with a four-year/50,000-mile basic warranty.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a premium SUV with this much technology and performance hardware can be costly to keep in top shape, so condition and maintenance history matter.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Audi Q8?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a luxury SUV with a lot of electronics and available driver-assistance equipment. Focus on interior condition, infotainment operation, and signs that the vehicle’s performance and convenience features have been used heavily.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Q8 comes in three trim levels: Audi Q8 Premium, Audi Q8 Prestige, and Audi Q8 Premium Plus. The base Q8 is the most straightforward choice, while the higher trims add more equipment and are better suited if you want a more complete luxury experience.
• Powertrain: Every Q8 uses a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard Quattro all-wheel drive. It delivers 335 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, with EPA-estimated fuel economy of 17 mpg city, 21 mpg highway, and 18 mpg combined.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes high beam assist, automatic windshield wipers, parking sensors, and forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking. Audi side assist, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, a 360-degree camera system, and vehicle exit warning are standard on the SQ8 and RS Q8 and available on the Q8.
• Infotainment: The Q8 uses Audi’s MMI system with dual screens, and all three models include navigation, Audi Virtual Cockpit, a WiFi hot spot, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, HD Radio, SiriusXM, Bluetooth, Amazon Alexa integration, and front and rear smartphone compatibility.
• Fuel efficiency: The Q8 is rated at 17 mpg in the city, 21 mpg on the highway, and 18 mpg combined.

Which 2020 Audi Q8 trim should I buy?

The 2020 Audi Q8 is offered in 3 trim levels: Audi Q8 Premium, Audi Q8 Prestige, and Audi Q8 Premium Plus.

Here's the short version:

• Audi Q8 Premium: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Q8 experience with the standard turbocharged V6, Quattro all-wheel drive, dual-screen infotainment, wireless smartphone integration, and the model’s strong cargo and tech appeal. It makes the most sense if you want the Q8’s style and fundamentals without paying for extras you may not need.
• Audi Q8 Prestige: This is the better-value upgrade if you want a more complete luxury setup, since it builds on the base model with more premium equipment and a richer feature mix. It suits you if you want the Q8 to feel more fully equipped without jumping to the performance variants.
• Audi Q8 Premium Plus: This is the trim to target if you want a more upscale balance of equipment and value, especially if you plan to keep the SUV for a while and want fewer compromises in daily use. It is the best-value trim for most shoppers.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Audi Q8?

• Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 634 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.83% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $31,006, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Audi Q8's resale value?

The current average of $31,006 sits slightly below last year's $35,570.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Q8 more attractive to used buyers but less favorable for sellers trying to maximize return. If you own one, pricing competitively will matter more than waiting for a rebound.

Because the model has a broad feature set and strong appeal in the luxury crossover segment, well-kept examples should still draw interest from shoppers who want style and technology. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Audi Q8 safe?

The Audi Q8 has received very good safety ratings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) and near-perfect crash test ratings from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Every Q8 comes with high beam assist, automatic windshield wipers, parking sensors, and forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking. Audi side assist, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, a 360-degree camera system, and vehicle exit warning are standard on the SQ8 and RS Q8 and available on the Q8.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi Q8 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.83% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2020 model year pairs strong technology, solid cargo space, and a performance-focused mission with a lower average price than it had a year ago.

The bottom line: The 2020 Audi Q8 makes sense if you want a luxury crossover with strong tech, a distinctive shape, and a market price that has come down meaningfully. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can use the current softness to target a well-kept example; if you want the most complete ownership experience, focus on the better-equipped trims and clean-history listings.
