Used 2020 Audi Q7 for Sale nearBaltimore, MD

How much does the 2020 Audi Q7 cost?

Prices have softened 13.43% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,055 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and equipment.

Is the 2020 Audi Q7 a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Audi Q7 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.7/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise its luxurious features, smooth and quiet ride, comfort, and driveability, and many also like how it handles in snowy conditions. The Q7’s refreshed styling, interior, powertrain, and technology help it feel polished and competitive in the high-end three-row class. The main trade-offs are a cramped third row and limited cargo space, so it fits you best if you value refinement, technology, and driving enjoyment more than maximum room. Good and great deals account for 40.1% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Audi Q7 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners describe it as luxurious, comfortable, and smooth, and they also highlight its excellent safety features and strong driveability. The powertrain’s 48-volt mild-hybrid system helps conserve fuel, and the engine stop/start and coasting functions are designed to reduce load on the turbocharged V6. Audi also notes that the Q7 remains a worthy choice in a competitive segment, which supports the case for dependable day-to-day use. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that ownership costs can rise if you need repairs or want to keep the vehicle in top condition.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Audi Q7?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any Q7 you’re considering, even if the listing looks clean at first glance. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the electronics, suspension, and driver-assistance systems, since this model leans heavily on technology. Focus on overall condition, because the Q7’s appeal depends a lot on how well its premium features and cabin have been maintained.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Q7 is offered in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trim levels. The base setup already includes Quattro all-wheel drive, leather upholstery, and a third-row seat, while higher trims add more luxury and technology. The Prestige trim brings the most upscale equipment, but the base trim is the one most likely to leave you wanting more if you care about advanced features.
• Powertrain: The 45 TFSI uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, while the 55 TFSI uses a mild-hybrid turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. The V6 is the stronger choice, with 335 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, and the 48-volt system helps conserve fuel.
• Safety package: Audi’s advanced driver-assistance systems include Emergency Assist, Turn Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Assist with adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assistance, and lane-centering assistance. For upgrades to the standard ADAS offering, choose the Executive Package with Premium Plus trim or the Prestige trim.
• Infotainment: The Q7 uses a 10.1-inch upper touchscreen and an 8.6-inch lower touchscreen, along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, natural voice recognition, handwriting recognition, navigation with Google Earth imagery, and Audi Connect services with a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot.
• Fuel efficiency: The EPA says the Q7 should get 18 mpg combined. During testing, it averaged 21 mpg on the road trip and returned 18.1 mpg on a local fuel-economy loop.

Which 2020 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2020 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the entry point, and it already gives you Quattro all-wheel drive, leather upholstery, and a third-row seat. It makes sense if you want the Q7’s core luxury and utility without stretching for extras.
• Premium Plus: This is the best-value trim if you want more of the Q7’s advanced equipment without going all the way to the top. It’s also the trim tied to the Executive Package for added driver-assistance features.
• Prestige: This is the most fully equipped version, adding the richest mix of luxury, technology, and convenience features. Choose it if you want the most upscale Q7 experience and don’t mind paying for it.

For safety-package shoppers, the Executive Package with Premium Plus trim or the Prestige trim is where you’ll find the upgraded ADAS content.

• Deal availability: 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,055 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.43% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 75.5% of listings are accident-free.

What is the 2020 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $23,522 sits slightly below last year's $27,173.

That price drop suggests the Q7 has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy well now and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned when it’s time to resell. The model’s refreshed design, strong feature content, and broad appeal in the luxury SUV market can help support demand.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Audi Q7 safe?

The 2020 Audi Q7 earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS, though its headlights are rated poor.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Audi equips the Q7 with numerous advanced driving-assistance systems, including Emergency Assist, Turn Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Assist with adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assistance, and lane-centering assistance. The standard feature set is strong, but the upgraded ADAS content is tied to the Executive Package with Premium Plus trim or the Prestige trim. The main caveat is the poor headlight assessment, which keeps it from being an even cleaner safety story.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2020 update brings refreshed styling, a new interior layout, updated powertrains, and newer technology that keep it competitive in the class.

The bottom line: The 2020 Q7 is the right pick if you want the refreshed version with stronger tech and a more polished overall feel. If you’re mainly shopping for value, the softer pricing makes this year especially appealing, while still giving you the core luxury-SUV strengths that define the model.
