Worse dealer I ever dealt with, dealer options vehicle theft system and lost key fee tried to force me to buy, I told them no then they drop the price of the vehicle to keep it on the invoice then I ck with my credit union to get better rate they would not match the rate buyer beware The Gm was out of town he tried to make it right when he came back it was too late.

Sales person literally went above and beyond with providing me with information and pictures and videos I was wanting before the 2 hour drive. It was most helpful!

They tried to jack me. Tried to take my down payment and didn’t apply it to my loan. Said no way they could budge off the price of the car. The very next day i left the price dropped $2,000 off the asking price. Didn’t even apply my down payment towards my loan. But ask for all my card info

Yeah, We ended up purchasing a vehicle here .I was somewhat hesitant when we arrived. The premises is a little rough as far as vehicles being jammed in a small area. However, this is a diamond in the rough. The folks that work there are friendly and quite helpful. The vehicles that we looked at were a step above the used lots that we had looked at in Beaumont. I say give them a chance if you need a used vehicle.

Terrible experience going there. Hummer I went to look at, they were pulling other cars out of mud with it. Had mud all over truck and on floor mats. And upon close inspection of Hummer, it would not past state inspection!

From the minute I stepped onto the lot, I felt welcome. Everyone was helpful and I purchased the car I looked at. Very easy to deal with.

All financing was done through text & email due to being a good distance away from us, so that was convenient. But when we got an offer, the APR was 40%+. I dont have good credit so I was expecting something a bit higher but that was just ridiculous. The car I ended up buying at another dealership was able to get me 11% APR. Also when we texted the salesman back saying not to answer if they were going to keep playing games, he never answered back.

Was given an email about it being available when I called they said it was already sold. Two day later I get another email saying to call them it is available and the response is that it was still sold and I got the email in error. Yet the truck is still shown on their website and CarGurus.

Salesman was incredibly unprofessional. They also like to add fees. The listed price is 2k less than the asking price after they add fees. The salesman I spoke to preferred to negotiate like they did in the 80s. Completely wasted my time. Out of all the dealership I've contacted about a vehicle this year they were the only ones who pulled this. I will never deal with them again.

I really enjoyed the sales staff at VW Clear Lake. From my salesperson Daniel, his Manager Mason, and the Finance Staff. In the past looking for a vehicle has always been a frightening experience for me. The staff would be nice, but the finance dept. would get you in the end. But! NOT These Guys. They were upfront from the beginning. They told me what I need and what I needed to do. I DROVE AWAY WITH THE VEH. I ACTUALLY WANTED THAT SAME DAY...Thanks Car Gurus
