Quick response to my inquiry. The car I test drove was a cute car, but the cost was too high for the damage I saw. Customer service was ok but not great. The salesperson definitely had patience when I checked out 3 cars but smoked in front of my husband who has asthma. What you see is what you get kind of place.

sales rep tended to seem to have an attitude when I asked questions. Told me it would take 20 business day to be able to pick up the car after I had already put a down payment on it, the next day the sales rep told me the car been hit and totaled over night.

Willie was busy when I got there,went looked at other rav4 in lot,came in he brought us to the bay,car was up on lift?finally sat down went over price got mgmt to come over,asked him 5 times if he would counter offer,he refused...

while the staff was very friendly, the Sales Manager flatly denied working with me because I'm out of state (MI). Didn't even respond to a personal call question. They had worked with people in Michigan before, but extra costs were mentioned by the Sales person to me as the reason. However, even when I offered to pay the extra costs, I wasn't told how much they are nor contacted back.

Sales person not personable. Brought vehicle from back lot to us and just left it running and said spend as much time as want to look at it. He just walked away and did not offer a test ride or answer any questions. Car was so filthy inside I would not even sit in it.
