At 49.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks for prior collision repairs and uneven wear. Focus closely on body condition, alignment, and how the van drives at highway speeds, since owners note concerns about stability and power under load.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 RAM ProMaster?

If you find a listing below $18,278, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 RAM ProMaster's resale value?

The current average of $18,282 sits slightly below last year's $20,131.

That softer pricing suggests the model has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive resale environment if market conditions stay similar. If you buy well and keep the van in strong condition, you can help protect value when it comes time to sell. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 RAM ProMaster or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 27.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 49.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.19% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a sensible choice if you want a lower average price and are willing to shop carefully for condition and history. If you’re especially price-sensitive, this year’s softer market can work in your favor, but you should be selective and prioritize clean, well-documented examples.
