2019 Nissan Kicks SR FWD for Sale in Stamford, CT

Have not spoken to anyone. They did not specifically respond to the car that I asked about. They called but never left a message. I do not answer unknown phone #s. They have not gotten back to me in a few days. The pictures they post are not necessarily a pic of the specific car in the post.

I contacted dealer several times asking for pictures of the vehicle and never got them. They were supposed to contact me back and never did. It was a truly awful experience. Very unprofessional. Was hung up on by someone in the sales department when I told them my request.

Took awhile for a first response and once it was known I was an out of state buyer never responded back

Surprisingly they add a self made $ factor # out of nowhere on top of internet price on preowned vehicles and call it a bumper to bumper warranty

Just be prepared for them to add $995 dealer prep, $995 destination fee and $750 if you want to finance out of nissan. As long as your ok with that, you'll love them. I feel like they played me. Took my keys to my truck as a sign that I was a " serious buyer" and wouldn't return. Just kept trying to sell, sell, sell. Stay away, there are far better dealers out there.

Did not answer my emailed questions regarding the vehicle. Dealer asked me to call them instead, Decided to buy a vehicle from a private seller.

Ultimate Bait AND Switch! WASTE OF TIME! Ridiculous Fees Including $750 because I was going to use my credit union for financing. I was called in the morning and told that the vehicle was there. I drove over two hours from NJ to the dealer only to be told the vehicle was sold days prior. THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION OF A COMPLAINT THAT I COULD USE PAGES TO EXPLAIN. BUYERS LOOK ELSE WHERE!

Was not happy with their service they sold the vehicle and no one ever got back to me. I am a hospital worker ( First Responder ) and was unable to make the first appointment so they sold it to someone else

STAY AWAY FROM KOEPPEL NISSAN PRE OWNED DEPT ! They lie and try the old bait and switch..I was interested in a used 2014 Nissan spoke to the salesperson half hour before I got to koeppel and when I got there they said it was sold to some fictitious person five minutes ago ..then the salesman Golam and his Manager Sherman tried to sell me another overpriced older car..STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY..
