Used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS for Sale nearCharlotte, NC

How much does the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS cost?

Prices have softened 12.01% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 846 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS earns a 4.5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the smooth ride, comfort, and luxury features, and the GLS’s family-first layout with three rows and generous cargo space fits buyers who want a large upscale SUV. The main tradeoffs are its dated electronics and poor gas mileage, so it makes the most sense if you value comfort and space over the newest tech. With 38.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience centered on comfort and luxury rather than constant repairs. The positive long-term impressions suggest you can count on it as a premium family SUV if you stay on top of maintenance and buy a well-kept example. For used buyers, the biggest long-term risk is choosing a neglected vehicle, so condition and service history matter more than mileage alone.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS?

At 70.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, especially if the price looks unusually attractive. Put inspection priority on body condition, signs of prior repair, and how well the cabin and electronics have aged. Because this model is a luxury SUV with a premium ownership profile, you’ll want to focus on overall condition and maintenance records as much as on mileage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 846 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.01% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 70.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $23,374, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS's resale value?

The current average of $23,478 sits slightly below last year's $26,682.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the GLS more affordable to buy now but also means future resale gains are likely to be limited. If you plan to sell later, the best protection is buying a clean, well-maintained example at a strong price today. A model with broad owner appeal and a premium reputation can still hold demand better than average, especially when it has been cared for properly.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 70.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.01% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 GLS is the right pick if you want the classic Mercedes-Benz three-row formula with a strong comfort focus and you can find a clean, well-priced example. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and shop for the best-maintained vehicle rather than fixating on this one model year alone.
