How much does the 2019 Kia Stinger cost?

There are 409 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Kia Stinger a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Kia Stinger earns a 4.6/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its powerful performance, stylish design, and value for money, and they also like the driving experience, advanced technology features, and sound system quality. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a sporty, premium-leaning liftback with a distinctive personality and a more upscale feel than many mainstream alternatives. With 31.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Kia Stinger reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Drivers describe it as dependable in the ways that matter most to them, especially when it comes to performance, value, and the overall ownership experience. The feedback also points to a car that many owners feel good about keeping over time, with strong praise for the driving experience and technology helping reinforce confidence. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about broad dissatisfaction and more about finding a well-kept example that avoids the interior and feature-related frustrations some owners mention.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Kia Stinger?

At 57.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on every candidate and pay close attention to accident records, title status, and repair consistency. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of past damage or poor repairs. Because owner feedback also mentions a cramped interior and a missing trunk release button, make sure the cabin and everyday usability still work for your needs.

• Inventory: There are 409 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.42% compared with last year.

What is the 2019 Kia Stinger's resale value?

The current average of $20,623 sits slightly below last year's $22,038.

That softer pricing suggests the model has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market. If you buy well and keep the car in strong condition, you can help protect your position when it is time to sell. The combination of sporty appeal and strong owner satisfaction should continue to support demand among shoppers looking for a distinctive used performance car.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Kia Stinger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 57.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.42% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $19,629, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $20,623 average.
• It offers a debut-year performance-and-luxury identity that feels especially distinctive.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2019 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and inventory. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2018 is the better value play, especially if you find one in clean condition with the features you want.
