2019 Jeep Renegade for Sale in Los Angeles, CA

Contacted sales manager Tony Bozarth. Seemed ok at first. Even asked me if he had the truck i was looking for under 40k would i buy? I said yes i would be interested. Great. Gives me a quote for a truck 21,000 over the price range ! All these bogus extra fees on top of it. Not a good business to deal with. They mislead me to believe they had a truck i was looking for in my price range and totally flipped it on me. I find that disrespectful and unprofessional.

Called the salesman on Friday asked him if they still had the car, they did. So I went Saturday afternoon to see. It wasn't there, he said it had a recall on it. I asked him when it would be back he said Monday at 2:30. I told him I would be there to see it, then around 11am he texted me and said it was sold. I drove 7 hours to see this car..

They emailed me constantly and when I informed them that I wanted to do most of the talking over the phone (due to covid-19), they ignored me and continued to pester for me to go into the office and wouldn’t give me any information. Had to block them because they kept emailing me.

I drove an hour to look at this Sentra, advertised for $12,000. Once I got there, I was told Of all the add ons ...brought the price to almost $17,000! I feel like this was a trick to draw customers in! I wasn’t happy going to Russell Westbrook!

The people were nice but their policy of adding on an additional $4,000 plus is a joke. I found the same car at a different dealership that doesn't have those ridiculous add-ons and went with them instead. Saved me at least $3,000.

Not good. Scheduled a test drive. Arrived the next morning to find out it just sold. Sure it did. They played the ole bait and switch routine. The person I was dealing with the night before pushed me onto another salesman. Very poor customer service.

Price of car was not actually price of car after dealer package was already added but not reflected in advertised price. They were willing to meet other dealers price already given to me however.

Nice vehicle

This dealership has good inventory and prices, however that comes with very questionable sales tactics and poor followup. 3 weeks since I bought a vehicle from them and they have not followed up on getting me the keys, owner's manual or service info. Have other issues with this dealership and was forced to get RAM customer service involved...and even they aren't getting any response from the dealership.

They responded to my request quickly. However, I realized that this was a two-wheel drive vehicle not a four-wheel drive vehicle and consequently I am not interested in the vehicle.

I didn’t answer in time to get this car but Mark was very helpful in helping me find my next car, very friendly and courteous and gave me a great deal, will definitely recommend

Joseph Thompson was completely useless. Said he had vehicles at the dealership but did not. Would never shop at that dealership because of his misrepresentation. Drove all the way down there for nothing. Never again. All he wanted to do was make a sale. Not interested in the customer needs!!!

I asked for some numbers, seller did not wanted to help until i schedule a test drive and an in person meeting. The price was too low and as soon i enquired the vehicle was removed from inventory, the seller insisted in setting an appointment but he failed to tell me the car was not on inventory. A fish and bait tactic

Very helpful , called right back and although I did not purchase the vehicle they provided me with other options and are currently trying to find the car I want. Highly recommend.

Good looking car. I wish in the description it was made known about the key not being the original key. (Not the alarm, panic or trunk button) dealer did not want to work with us on that. Also too many “extra” charges. $700 for some kind of theft alarm dealer adds, $500 for dealer fee...too many extra charges

After negotiating a price of a truck, they added $1500 for a "tracking device", I told them I didn't want a "tracking device", they said it can't be removed and if I wanted the truck I'd have tp pay for it. I won't have driven for 2 hours each way of I would have known the price was really $1500 more. NOT REAL HONEST! If you buy a car from this dealership watch for the extra charges.

Experience was very good. We were in and out in 2 1/2 hours, which is about the fastest we have experienced. Car was in advertised condition.

Was pretty approved for a loan. Couldn’t get any questions answered. Only response I got was, when are you coming in? In COVID-19 times, not at all. I know what I want. Don’t waste your time with them.

Echo Park didn't respond quickly. I as well on my way with another dealership before they contacted me. They mailed me cars for weeks after I'd already bought one. Slow or too busy, I don't think I spoke to anyone for weeks.

Very responsive...even a week after the sale they helped me understand some paper-work.
