they were annoying trying to get me to finance with them when it had already been planned and processed that i would be financing with my bank but thats just them doing their job yaknow? other than that i got a very nice car and they moved at a professional speed.

I was contacted by Jamal, asked if they can do better on the price, he told me e will give me couple of hundred dollars in discount to make feel like I was getting discount, and rudely told me not to waste his time and his managers time. Cause I won’t get anything better than what they offering. I’ll pay more elsewhere, but won't be disrespected when I want to spend the money that I worked hard off to make.

I had a wonderful experience at Baker Nissan. My salesman, Austin Threadgill, was so helpful, respectful and courteous. I would gladly buy another car at this location. The finance department was the same way.

They responded, but never provided me with the additional photos I requested. Just sent me lots of scripted emails.

They actually took over 3 days to contact me when I tried twice in 2 days by contacting them first with interest about a truck. Other dealerships contacted me the same day. I loved the truck and was disappointed with the LACK OF CONTACT by the dealership.

Responsive. But the price of vehicle online was $30,713. Tried to negotiate and my quote was over $38,000. Didn’t qualify for incentives due to not having trade in vehicle. Truck was stolen so I didn’t have one to trade in. Nothing online stated that qualification.

I had to repeat what I was looking for too much. Salesman was only interested in turning my attention elsewhere instead of answering my questions quickly. I repeatedly told them I was looking for a 2015. I want THAT year model, saw that Big Star had one, but it's out of my price range. Haven't heard back from them since.

Contacted dealer viA cargurus, went next morning for test drive. Went inside to talk numbers and sales associate said there was a mistake and that price was going to be higher than the cargurus price. We did not reach a deal. Today i get an email from car gurus that the price is now dropped over $800. I call the dealership and am told again that it is a mistake and they cannot honor the car gurus price.

This dealer has sent me a bunch of emails and marketing and not answered my question of the price of the vehicle I enquired about.

listed a car that wasn’t even there. i called an hour before and they said it was available. but when i went to go check it out apparently it was “sold”

It was great and they made arrangements for me to get the car I wanted. I’m so thankful !

Although he did send me the carfax report after I asked if the car had been wrecked. He told me it had not. Carfax showed front and rear damage.

Dealer returned my call right away and provided me with setails about the vehicle. I did not visit the dealer as anothwr vehicle I was interested in became availble elsewhere. Thank you.

dealer was quick to get back to me but they couldn't find the truck to give me more info. so a day later i they get back to me that its sold!!! my luck! but then they email me they still have it 2 days later!! I'm not into games, so if you don't have your ducks in a row then I'm not doing business !
