Although, the dealer did not have the specific vehicle I was interested in, my sales representative went above and beyond to try and help me locate a vehicle that would have fit my requirements.

I was in contact with 3 different people from this dealership and completely Shocked and disappointed that 2 of the 3 didn't contact me back like they said they would and they low balled me on my trade in. I was Super interested in purchasing a truck however I wasnt going to drive 3 hours just for them to not give my what my trade in is worth. I've done my research on the trade in and ended up selling to another lot without even buying a vehicle from them for $3I MORE

Called within an hour of closing on new years. Waited for us to arrive and had vehicle standing by for us to look over and test drive. Made a deal for less than the advertised price and felt it was painless and a pleasure dealing with them. We love the car and are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent no problems in-and-out

This was an incredible disappointment. The vehicle they advertised was not ready to be viewed, so I waited and waited, then i did hear back saying the vehicle was not able to be test-driven, but that I could come see it. Then I followed up to make an appointment and never heard back. The vehicle was removed from the web site and I contacted them one more time to confirm and never heard back. My salesman was nice, though.

Good prices, but very unprofessional customer service. The entire office was playing loud rap music with extremely vulgar language for customers to listen to while waiting. Customer service reps were wearing sagging jeans as their work attire. I felt like I was on a street corner surrounded by criminal activity.

Excellent service and price. Four stars because lots of workers did not wear masks and my wife and I are high risk. That made the visit a bit uncomfortable. Luckily it was a cash purchase and did not take as long to get out of there.

they were annoying trying to get me to finance with them when it had already been planned and processed that i would be financing with my bank but thats just them doing their job yaknow? other than that i got a very nice car and they moved at a professional speed.

Quick....friendly....professional and helpful

The car prices seemed fair however I was not allowed to take a look at the car unless I answered all of their questions first. I was caught a little off guard when they said they didn't accept any outside financing as I was already pre-approved and ready to go. I feel they should disclose that rather than say they are competitive if you are not going to allow outside financing and you keep everything in house.

My experience with Jaguar Land Rover Houston North was good from beginning to end. Michael reached out to me to set up a time for my wife and I to come to the dealer. The car parked out front, ready for us when I got there. Everything was as described and the paperwork went very smoothly and quickly. Michael followed up the day after to check on us. We really appreciated his efforts.

Awesome experience, just not settled on a vehicle yet

I found a 2016 Range Rover and I have been dealing with Michael and the manager for them to send me the coat of the car for couple of days which they never did. The last minute when I called them back they told me the car been sold. They sucks

Bought the car, I live 3 hours away. On the way home car ABS and traction control came on. Also Airbag error and cruise control quit working. Think it's just a minor glitch with maybe the battery being disconnected. Contacted dealer today to see what we are going to do. Will update later on how the situation is handled.
