How much does the 2019 GMC Yukon cost?

There are 1,581 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2019 GMC Yukon a good car?

Yes — the 2019 GMC Yukon earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to very strong owner satisfaction. Reviewers repeatedly praise its ruggedness, great features, and overall value, and many also call out the Denali version for its luxury package and spaciousness. If you want a full-size SUV that works well as a roomy family hauler with a premium feel, the Yukon fits that use case well. The market also shows 35.0% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 GMC Yukon reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also emphasizes ruggedness and overall value, which supports the idea that this is a vehicle many people feel confident living with over time. The repeated praise for its dependable character and strong ownership experience suggests it can be a sensible choice if you want a large SUV you can count on. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure you choose a well-kept example, since condition matters a lot on a vehicle of this size and age.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 GMC Yukon?

At 66.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from ones with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially for signs of wear in the suspension, cabin, and drivetrain. Because this model has a reputation for mixed interior quality and a rocky start in this generation, condition should matter as much as mileage and trim level.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 GMC Yukon?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,581 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.57% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 66.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,586, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 GMC Yukon's resale value?

The current average of $27,586 sits slightly below last year's $31,916.

That price drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend heavily on how well your Yukon is maintained and how clean its history is. Strong condition, desirable equipment, and a clean record should matter more if you want to protect value later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 GMC Yukon or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 66.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the better pick if you want a full-size SUV with strong owner approval, a lower current price than last year, and enough inventory to shop selectively. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than chasing a specific model year badge.
