Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the overview backs that up with a mix of serious capability and usable everyday features. You get a heavy-duty pickup with modern driver-assist tech, available 8-inch display and touchscreen equipment, and a cabin that is described as surprisingly usable for a work-focused truck. What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD?

At 69.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

Start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and prior use. Focus on overall condition, signs of wear, and whether the truck’s equipment and body style match the kind of use you plan to give it.

That price movement suggests the truck has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. Demand should remain tied to the model’s capability, configuration flexibility, and reputation for satisfying owners.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 33.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 69.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.20% compared with last year.
