How much does the 2019 Audi A5 cost?

There are 238 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Audi A5 a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Audi A5 earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview describes it as a stylish luxury coupe with a practical edge, and the broader lineup gives you coupe, convertible, and Sportback body styles, so you can prioritize design or usefulness depending on your needs. It also highlights strong standard equipment and all-weather traction, which makes it appealing if you want a premium-feeling daily driver. 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Audi A5 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The overview also points to a well-equipped cabin, standard all-wheel drive, and a safety record that includes a Top Safety Pick award and a five-out-of-five-star NHTSA rating, all of which support confidence in the car’s overall ownership experience. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s core appeal and more about finding one that has been maintained well and not worn down by prior use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Audi A5?

At 60.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report to confirm accident records, title status, and service history. Then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially for bodywork, panel alignment, and signs of repair quality. Because this model is a premium car, you should also focus on overall condition inside and out, since wear and deferred maintenance can matter more than mileage alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Audi A5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 238 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.40% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 60.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $21,824, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Audi A5's resale value?

The current average of $22,061 sits slightly below last year's $24,350.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at a strong price and keep the car in excellent condition, you can reduce the impact of that softer market. Premium cars with strong demand tend to hold value better when they combine desirable styling, good equipment, and broad shopper appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi A5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.40% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of value and confidence, the 2019 is a solid primary choice because it combines a lower average price with strong owner satisfaction and a decent share of deal-priced listings. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-maintained example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
