Why it stands out
The 2018 Tesla Model X distinguishes itself in the electric vehicle market with its spacious interior, offering options for up to seven seats, and its cutting-edge technology features. As one of the first all-electric SUVs available, it combines a sleek and curvy design, reminiscent of the elegant Model S sedan, with practical features such as a panoramic glass roof and the unique double-hinged Falcon Wing doors. While it excels in performance with fast acceleration and extended battery range, it's important to consider its limited cargo space compared to traditional SUVs and potential long-distance travel limitations due to battery range. The Model X remains a top choice for buyers looking for a family-friendly electric vehicle that doesn’t compromise on tech or comfort, as many drivers appreciate its drive quality and overall advanced features.

Very elegant. A lot faster than I ever expected. Takes a bit to get used to having since coming from a gas vehicle if I had a quarter tank it was no biggie, but when I see 25% battery I start getting anxious lol

Well, there is a limitation to my review. I never drove the car. I have driven other Tesla’s, and I am impressed with their performance, handling, and multiple advanced technical features. The model X is extremely utilitarian, has a gorgeous futuristic interior, and seems very capable as an all-around daily driver as well as giving sports car like performance and the utility of an SUV. So if I had to own only one car as an enthusiast, this might be the one. The only drawback is the same as all other E-vehicles, which is their range. As long as you don’t mind spending 15-30 minutes at a supercharging station on a long trip, this is not that big a deal.
