How much does the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA cost?

There are 631 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare on price and condition.

Is the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its technology, safety, and comfort, and many also like its smooth performance and luxurious feel without a big price tag. The 2018 GLA fits especially well if you want a compact luxury crossover with a premium badge and a small footprint, though its limited space is part of the tradeoff. With 35.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with praise centered on comfort, technology, and the sense of a well-built premium vehicle. That said, used buyers should still plan for long-term ownership costs typical of a luxury model, especially when it comes to condition-sensitive items and maintenance history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

At 58.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can confirm the car’s structural and cosmetic condition. Pay close attention to signs of prior bodywork, uneven panel gaps, tire wear, and any issues with electronics or interior wear, since those can matter more on a compact luxury crossover.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value if you compare listings closely.

• Deal availability: 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 631 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.26% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $14,281, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA's resale value?

The current average of $14,301 sits slightly below last year's $15,937.

That price movement suggests the model has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price today. If you keep the vehicle in strong condition and maintain it well, you may be better positioned to limit further value loss. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 58.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.26% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, features, and owner satisfaction, the 2018 is the primary year to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2018’s stronger feature set and market momentum.
