Used 2018 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Blue FWD for Sale in New York, NY

No stars. Awful. Told me to come in to look at the car then when I got there no one knew I was coming, said the was sold "Can I show you this car?"; and blamed CArGurus for not notifying me the car was sold. (Bait and switch). Also, place is dirty and no one wore a mask. Disgusting!!!! What a dive.

Worst experience ran my credit score twice dropped it then suddenly car sold

Very poor service. They sent me a link with the application, I had some concerns because of the thousands of dollars extra in hidden fees, was told I'd get a call back, never heard back, even if they do I won't deal with this dealership.

Excellent customer service. I had great experience and very knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions and concerns. Competitive prices too!. I love my truck!

Not much to tell, I setup an appointment to see the car but it was sold the night before I was supposed to see it.

Upsell was way too high - so they work a great deal on site to get your interest with no intent to sell for that value. actual quoted Price was almost $10k More then shown - so do your homework. They did respond and they did send the info I requested, Just not my way of doing business. I would have Purchased it that day if the number was more accurate. anyway... buying cars sucks.
