Due to COVID, the process took way longer than expected, but the people were nice.

I had an amazing experience with Honda of Keene. I highly recommend this dealership for both new and used vehicles. The customer service is outstanding and they have an extensive selection of vehicles. Very impressed with this dealership.

Went in to buy the vehicle. Backed off from buying that evening, once pressure was introduced by the sales team. Though was happy with the communication with them, and how clean the vehicle was when taking it for a test drive. Follow up contact was made which was great. No longer in the market, since buying a vehicle elsewhere. Though still would recommend dealership, as they put great detail into bringing a used car up to par for re-sell.

Professional...excellent!

I called to see if a car was available. They confirmed it was. Drove 1.5 hours to get there and the car was still with the previous owner. They were still driving it. Waste of time.

Truck sold before I got a chance to look at it , but their other dealership had a similar truck I purchased, very helpful company

Dealer responded to my inquiry and kept in contact with me. Ultimately ended up buying another from another dealer closer to home, but I will contact them next time I’m in the marker.

They sale off the model, but offered to get one from other dealership for me.

Beware. I contacted the dealer to buy their advertised car at their advertised price but was told they can’t sell me the car because of the pandemic. Gimme a break. They can sell a car during a pandemic. Rather I feel like they didn’t want to honor their advertised price.

Overall process was quick, especially since I knew this was the car I wanted. I just dealt with a pushy salesman who didn’t like to be asked questions. I was also charged an extra $500 which I had to go back to the dealer to pick up the following day. Not sure if they would have told me I over payed had I not been paying attention.

I went to the dealership to look at a car. The particular color I had been interested in online was not the color I thought. But the salesman I had walked me around the lot and we found a color I liked . He has all my information to call me when this car, in this year, with low mileage comes in. If not, we will be getting a new one. I am very happy with this dealership, and this salesperson!!!

Dealer made contact but it was from 2 different people who weren’t on the same page. This was my dream truck at what I thought was an excellent price. Unfortunately one rep said it was sold and one said it was still for sale. Unfortunately it was sold in almost instantly! If nothing else, this dealer looks to have nice vehicles at good prices. Didn’t have enough interaction to make a quality opinion

I like their approach - they work on the cars and fix them up before they list them, rather than the "as is" approach of some other dealers, who wait to see what you find, or just do a cosmetic patch job. They also offer a warranty. I decided against the Ranger as a model, but would definitely do business with these folks should the "right" truck appear, which is saying something, as they are an hour drive from my home.
