There are 596 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2018 Audi Q3 a good car?

Yes — the 4.83/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, safety features, stylish design, good sound system, and high-tech features. For you, that makes it a sensible fit if you want a small luxury SUV that emphasizes a refined ride and upscale feel more than sporty performance or maximum space. With 38.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2018 Audi Q3 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.83/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience centered on comfort and everyday usability. That kind of response suggests you can count on the Q3 for routine use if you choose a well-kept example. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the rating and more about buying a neglected vehicle with hidden wear or incomplete maintenance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Audi Q3?

At 61.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing price looks unusually attractive. Focus your condition check on signs of bodywork, interior wear, and whether the comfort and convenience features work as expected.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Audi Q3?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 38.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.43% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $13,762, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Audi Q3's resale value?

The current average of $13,785 sits slightly below last year's $15,220.

That price movement suggests the Q3 has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help future sellers if the market stabilizes. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may have a better chance of limiting your loss later. The model’s appeal as a comfortable, upscale small SUV should continue to support demand among shoppers looking for refinement over performance.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.83/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Audi Q3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 38.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 61.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.83/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $18,846, the 2019 costs more than the current year's $13,785 average.
• It feels larger and brings a more compelling mix of space, refinement, and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2018 is the stronger starting point because pricing is softer and deal availability is meaningful. If you can stretch for a newer model and want the more advanced, roomier-feeling alternative, the 2019 is the better upgrade path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2018 is the one to target first.
