What’s New for the 2027 Audi Q3
After its 2026 redesign, the 2027 Audi Q3 receives minor updates to its features. Rear automatic emergency braking for pedestrians is now standard and the Convenience package now includes a heated steering wheel, a surround-view camera system, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror with a compass, a universal garage door opener, a satellite radio trial, and rear parking sensors. The Driver Assistance package adds a head-up display and automatic parking that can be trained to perform up to five different maneuvers.
Design
The Q3 is a small SUV that still manages to carry a premium look. The Audi singleframe grille is wide and rendered in black. Thin LED headlights sit high on the nose, and lower air intakes—highlighted by aluminum trim—sit low. The window trim and roof rails are also aluminum. A Black Optic package changes the exterior trim to black and adds Anthracite Audi rings, black exterior mirror housings, and black roof rails. Rising character lines along the sides convey a sense of motion, and the rear end features thin LED taillights that match the headlights, as well as aluminum or black trim around a mesh area where the rear bumper would be. The Q3 comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels, and 19- and 20-inch alloy wheels are available.
Powertrain
The Audi Q3 is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 255 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. It sends its power through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission to all four wheels via Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive (AWD) system. The Q3 is EPA-rated at 22 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, 24 mpg combined, and can tow up to 1,500 pounds.

Interior
Audi outfits the Q3 with power-adjustable front seats, heated front seats, leather upholstery, and tri-zone automatic climate control. It comes standard with a panoramic sunroof and a heated steering wheel is available. The Q3 has 25 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row and 50 cubic feet with the rear seats folded flat.
Technology
The Q3’s technology suite includes an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster that Audi calls the virtual cockpit and a 12.8-inch touchscreen that runs Audi’s MMI infotainment system, powered by Android Automotive OS. Also standard are wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as a wireless smartphone charger. An Infotainment package adds three months of satellite radio and a 12-speaker, 420-watt Sonos audio system, while a Technology package adds a head-up display.
