Why it stands out
The 2018 Acura TLX sets itself apart in the midsize luxury sedan market through its balanced blend of performance, comfort, and technology. It offers a compelling driving experience with a choice of powerful engines, including a capable V6 that highlights its sporty character, especially when equipped with the A-Spec package. The refined handling and additional performance upgrades enhance its appeal for driving enthusiasts, while the abundance of luxury features ensures a comfortable ride for passengers. Despite some criticisms regarding its infotainment system's complexity and less-than-ideal brake performance under high stress, the TLX offers a value proposition that can rival more prestigious brands without a hefty price tag. Its focus on safety with standard features like adaptive cruise control and lane-departure warnings further adds to its attractiveness for families and safety-conscious buyers alike. Overall, the 2018 Acura TLX presents a well-rounded alternative in a field often dominated by competitors like the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

This car is and has everything I could have dreamed of. It’s been almost a week since we purchased the car, and I absolutely love the features, the ride, the fit and finish.

I absolutely love my TLX!! So I was pretty adamant about getting into a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0 Sport. I test drove it, was not a fan. So I decided to look at something comparable. Honestly, the Acura was far superior. Both in looks, performance (it’s a V6) so it’s got quite a punch, yet it drives so smooth. I love my car! Not sure I’ll ever own anything but Acura from now on!!

This is my second TLX. While I love driving in luxury, I refuse to pay over $50,000 for a vehicle. This car is fantastic all around. The interior is stylish and rich, while the exterior is impressively sporty. The hidden gem is the engine and the ride. You will not be disappointed with this car!
