2018 Acura TLX Reviews, Pricing & Specs

The CarGurus verdict
Acura’s answer to the 3 Series gets a slight massage and a sporty new package for 2018.
The Acura TLX has offered competent performance since it was introduced in 2015, replacing the old TSX and TL sedans. With a redesigned face, a faster infotainment system, retuned transmissions and extra standard safety, Acura aims to woo new customers to the segment who have so far largely ignored this “also-ran.” But it’s the sporty new A-Spec trims that are the real winners for 2018.

What owners say
"Overall, Acura TLX owners are very pleased with their vehicles, particularly appreciating the luxury features, smooth performance, and stylish design. They enjoy the powerful V6 engine and the comfortable interior. However, some owners noted the complexity of the technology package as a bit overwhelming and expressed concerns about the car's high price tag."
This car is and has everything I could have dreamed of. It’s been almost a week since we purchased the car, and I absolutely love the features, the ride, the fit and finish.
August 30, 2021I absolutely love my TLX!! So I was pretty adamant about getting into a 2018 Honda Accord 2.0 Sport. I test drove it, was not a fan. So I decided to look at something comparable. Honestly, the Acura was far superior. Both in looks, performance (it’s a V6) so it’s got quite a punch, yet it drives so smooth. I love my car! Not sure I’ll ever own anything but Acura from now on!!
March 2, 2021This is my second TLX. While I love driving in luxury, I refuse to pay over $50,000 for a vehicle. This car is fantastic all around. The interior is stylish and rich, while the exterior is impressively sporty. The hidden gem is the engine and the ride. You will not be disappointed with this car!

June 26, 2021It’s an absolute dream. It’s beautiful, sporty, and drives amazing!!!
April 28, 2021Super fun to drive, still figuring out all the options but so far I love it.
September 27, 2021The Car is Great!!! The Look, the feel, the performance. It feels a like a Lexus ES 350 when you’re driving it.The only thing I would have wanted different is incorporating a Touch screen.
September 4, 2023The features included with the technology package are almost overwhelming to an individual who has limited experience with so many complex features. Overall, the driving experience is very satisfying.
April 7, 2021One of my Dream Cars believe it or not. Love the style and the performance.
October 11, 2021Love the TLX styling and ride. Its too expensive at the moment, Ill wait until prices come back to the ground.
March 8, 2022The TLX had excellent, luxury features including the leather seats, seat adjustments, and heater, sunroof and 10 speaker sound system! AND it was blue!!!
