Acura first introduced the ILX sport sedan in 2013 as its entry-level model. Since then, the model underwent a significant facelift for 2016 and moved to a single drivetrain. Entering its sixth model year, the Acura ILX sees few changes for 2018. All ILX models are powered by a 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder engine and 8-speed dual-clutch automatic with standard paddle shifters.
