I hear the Auto Giants commercials almost everyday so I decided to give them a shot, I was not disappointed at all. I was greeted as soon I walked in and they walked me through the entire process, it was the most simple car buying process I've ever had and not to mention my 2017 Outlander which I absolutely love came with a lifetime engine guarantee.

I called before coming and asked about the availability of a specific car. I was told the car was available and we confirmed an appointment. As we got there, we realized the description was wrong, or that the car never existed. The solution suggested was to buy a new - more expensive - car.

I was contacted and sent pictures by Carroll. After looking at the pics, it was a car I wasn't interested in, but Carroll was very professional and I would do business with this sales person in the future.

This dealership is shady. They told me they sold me a 4x4 truck. It is a 2x4. They said it had packages that it didn't have. They overcharged me. They also messed up the title and didn't pay the right amount of taxes, I can't get the title and they won't answer the phone. DO NOT BUY HERE!

This dealership has a hidden fee. They try to sell if you accept their offer where you must pay additional fees and finance. I wasted my time going there. My recommendation is do not go to dealership if don't want pay additional $3-4K.

Responded quickly, bought vehicle at another dealer.

They were very responsive to the request. Sending very nice emails. When I asked for the CarFax report, they sent a link which I could not open due to security concerns in the web browser. The general manager did send a follow up email but we had already decided not to pursue the car due to color choice.

They responded to my questions.

I called and asked about availability and I was told the cat was still in the lot only to get there and car was sold 2 days prior!

bought this car, as was good value, but dealership did not follow through on financing as originally discussed, and a few hoped for items on the car, including a second key, were not completed in the end. Nice guys, and good price, but unlikely to head back given headaches after deposit.

Salesperson told me what a great deal the car was, I told him I wanted it but then never heard back until after I had purchased from somewhere else.

Super pushy, aggressive salesmen, and unwilling to hear you out they simply try to push the sale. The guy that went on the test drive with me actually stopped talking to me once I said I wanted to use my credit union. Literally ignoring me. Just horrible customer service.

The SalesWoman Debra was a doll. So nice and kind and helpful so I wish I would’ve got a car there. The finance manager Mike was so very rude telling me that he does want to talk to me and if I can afford his price then I need to leave to go somewhere else and told me I’m wasting his time. Never going back.

I called the dealer and the person that answered in the sales department was rude. I asked about the car and he said it was sold. I told him that it didn’t show sold on car gurus and he said the same thing that it was sold but in a higher tone of voice in a rude manner. I told him it shouldn’t be showing for sale if it was sold. Why would u be rude to a potential customer?
