Request information about used Tucson never got a reply....that’s fine but I drove a hour to see the car to find out car was 2k more than advertised...very disappointing ...will buy elsewhere

Well the car was priced at $34,905 but there’s a hidden fee they charge which is $1,995 which I did not accept otherwise I would have bought the car. Now this fee is else than what they charge $695 for processing fee and $180 for DMV fee

Sales Representative act like they don’t care about selling the cars. One of them was playing Game on his phone. Asked for my phone number without a pen or paper and I just told him to forget

once i got to the dealership (from long island, 1 hour 20 minute drive) was when they told me someone else put a down payment on the car. no call, and this "down payment system" the sales woman referred to was not mentioned to me on the phone prior to me coming to them.

I got robbed and paid as if I financed the car and I paid cash. The car was suppose to cost $5,070 total. Paid over 6400, dude just made up these engulfed numbers. I will get to the bottom of this bad deal. Vehicle has a defected and has a recall on it that hasn't been addressed. I filed a complaint and waiting.

Car not available for viewing and wanted a deposit to bring it. Louis you business habits especially in a pandemic hard-hit economy. This is not good enough!!!

The associate Gabriel took the credit card info and car deposit while the car was already sold. Promised to keep the car as I had to drive 200 miles to buy it. Called when I was only 40 miles away from the dealership. The deposit haven't been returned yet.

some of the employee dont know the inventory and give the wrong information.I call one for a acura tlx 2017 and someone toll me like it was sold 1 hour later I call and other employee toll me Still there, i was driving tonthe dealer and call them again and was sold but Still showing in the web side that the car Still there

They said they had the car but they didn’t have the car. It wasn’t even on the lot. Also he said the car was salvaged and tried to sell me another car. Just another dealership posting cars they don’t have.
