How much does the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe cost?

Is the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe a good car?

Yes — it earns a 5/5 user rating, which is a strong sign that owners are highly satisfied with it. Owners consistently praise its performance, stylish design, and dependable nature, and many also like how enjoyable it is to drive thanks to its handling and stronger engine options. In practical terms, that makes it a good fit if you want a coupe that still feels usable day to day rather than purely sporty. With 24.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience, with reliability and ease of living standing out as recurring themes. That kind of reputation matters if you want a used coupe you can count on over the long term. For used buyers, the main risk is less about the model’s basic durability and more about finding one that has been maintained well and hasn’t picked up avoidable wear.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 Honda Accord Coupe?

At 45.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with accident records. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on bodywork, alignment, and signs of uneven wear that can hint at past damage or poor repairs. It also helps to focus on overall condition and maintenance records, since a well-kept example is likely to be the better long-term buy.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Honda Accord Coupe?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting a deep buyer’s market.

• Deal availability: 24.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 155 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.71% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 45.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $15,743, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe's resale value?

The current average of $15,933 sits slightly below last year's $16,377.

That tells you the market has eased a bit, which can help you as a buyer now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. The softer pricing suggests future sellers may need to stay competitive, especially if similar cars remain available in decent numbers. Strong owner satisfaction should help support demand, though, because shoppers tend to gravitate toward models with a good reputation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Honda Accord Coupe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 24.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 45.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.71% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want the newest version of this coupe and value the strongest owner satisfaction signal, the 2017 is the one to target. It makes the most sense if you can find a clean, well-kept example with a solid history report and a price near the lower end of the range. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2017 remains the better pick when you want the freshest model-year choice in this coupe lineup.
