How much does the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe cost?

Is the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its performance, stylish design, and dependable nature, and many also like how enjoyable it is to drive thanks to its strong engine and handling. The overview also makes it clear that you’re looking at a practical, comfortable coupe with real everyday usefulness, not just a style-first two-door. With 28.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive price if you shop carefully.

Is the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback emphasizes its dependable nature, and the overview reinforces that reputation by describing it as a car with strong reliability ratings and a reputation for being easy to live with. That combination suggests you can approach used ownership with confidence, especially if the car has been maintained well. For a used buyer, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s basic durability and more about finding one that has been cared for properly over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 Honda Accord Coupe?

At 45.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage or lower-priced listing. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and how well the car’s features and driving feel match the seller’s description.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Honda Accord Coupe?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 28.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 141 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.37% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 45.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $15,738, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Honda Accord Coupe's resale value?

The current average of $15,813 sits slightly below last year's $16,537.

That softer pricing can work in your favor if you buy now and plan to sell later, because you may be entering at a more favorable point in the market. The current trend also suggests the car has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help limit how much value it loses from here compared with a newer purchase. Strong owner satisfaction can also support demand when it’s time to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Honda Accord Coupe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 28.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 45.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.37% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should focus on the 2017 if you want the last Accord Coupe with strong owner approval, a solid value trend, and enough inventory to shop selectively. If your priority is stretching your budget, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2017 remains the better primary target when you want the most complete mix of satisfaction, availability, and current pricing.
