As jeep owners over the last 20 years we generally exclusively bought from the Jeep dealership. I was immediately greeted by Brian, the sales manager, with who I had contacted via my email. He was very friendly, very courteous. He answered all my questions about this vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle. After the test drive I told him I had to go home and discuss it with my wife later that evening because she was at work. During that time Brian made the effort, long after the dealership close to offer to make an even better deal if we were so inclined. After talking to the wife, I contacted Brian and told him I was interested in acquiring the jeep. I cannot believe how smooth the transaction went. There was no pressure to buy, Jim who works in the finance department breezed right through the paperwork.
