I was an out-of-state customer. Soon after flying in (400 miles) to pick up car, while at gas station stop, I found many dry black stains/drips on dusty bumper under spare tire (and inside door well). Later, a local Jeep service rep inspected drips and suspected that new car wasn't detailed. Driver door rubber trim is loose. Door doesnt close completely without slamming, since day #1. Now, I have to waste my time on repair and adjustment trips. All avoidable. Two-door costs almost $40k with local sales tax and pick up. For some reason, license plate was installed with only half the screws required. Not happy now that I’m home. I received only 1/4 tank of complimentary gas from dealer."

Logan called me back. said that he couldn't give me a price on the vehicle. he needed more info from me. he asked about what i had to trade. i gave him my VIN and also sent pics of my vehicle to his email that he requested. i emailed him this morning after not hearing back from him... he emailed back and said that he didn't realize that the vehicle i was interested had sold. unprofessional not to call or email me back PLUS this jeep is still on the carguru website. i have a feeling that b/c they don't list ANY of their prices and that Kyle gave me a price...that Logan may not be telling the truth...(i wonder if Kyle still has a job w them...???) don't like that they dont list prices, won't tell you prices, then lead you on... i gaveLogan all my info... would not give these people your business... shifty..."
